Great place to go shopping. Staff are great there help you in anyway. If you don't no where it is. Highly recommend been there lots of times myself

Friendly staff throughout the store. Team members in the Serviced Deli are fantastic. The deli cases are well stocked and the team ensure product availability is a priority. Well done overall for the customer service and efficiency of the Woolworths Pialba team 👏

Friendly service, with a good variety of products. Mostly well stocked and able to get everything you need. A fairly compact store compared to the likes of Eli Waters. The best bakery out of the stores in the area.

Great staff always helpful and friendly. Only complaint is stock levels they always low.

Is easy in and out shop. Didn't have to queue to get through checkout. Seems to be well staffed.

Today shopping in Woolies at Pialba I noticed Cadbury’s chocolate was on special but couldn’t find the dark 70%. Initially I was going to climb the shelves because I am rather small and a lady shop assistant asked if she could help.
She looked and there were none on the shelves and she said ‘perhaps there’s some in health and beauty’ and off she went.
I was inpatient and grabbed Lindt instead and continued shopping.
I was about 4 aisles further along and a very tall young male shop assistant asked if I was looking for Old Gold 70%. He had a new box of Old Gold in his hands and I took 4 blocks.
What great customer service. Thank you both of you.

Good range of products and friendly staff

Today i was at woolies and i had the most helpful young men help with 2 separate issues. They were kind helpful and nothing was too much trouble. One from fruit and veg, the other meat department. I wished i had got their names, but good job boys....

A shout out to the fresh food fruit & veg managers Pialba Woolies! My first choice for great produce. Watermelon is sensational atm. 👍

The Pialba store is always clean and tidy with friendly staff and a good range of products.

We recently had a small issue with an online home delivery order. The problem was very quickly and efficiently resolved personally by the Manager, Sagogo.

It is not hard to see why the store is the way it is when they have Managers this focused on customer service.

Well done Sagogo and Woolworths.

A good, well stocked store with a good fresh food offering and friendly staff, good parking with shade sails, trolley's that work and good air-conditioning. Fast service though the checkouts and reasonable prices. Overall a great shopping experience

Lee at self serve checkouts today was lovely. I can't imagine how annoying I must have been stuffing up multiples times and not following her simple instructions, but she couldn't have been more patient and even had a laugh with me.

Great experience friendly and helpful staff very Happy to assist you great shopping centre variety of shops surrounding the store complex area disability parking out front of the entrance rolling ramp up to the entrances and around the complex easily accessible. Great place to shop.
