Visited here today firstly to check out the sauces and secondly, the garden which had been mentioned in their brochure. $6 each for the garden entry was well worth it. Beautiful areas shaded by silver birches and other lovely shrubs. Then out onto a manicure lawn with a spectacular view over the low lands. If Devonshire teas had been served we may never have left. Finally we checked out the sauces and jams....a great variety of sweet and savoury. The lady serving was only too happy to offer tastings. Her welcoming and helpful attitude made our experience totally enjoyable. Well the plum and pepperberry was pretty yummy too!

AMAZING!! This beautiful sauce/spread tasting store is great. We were greeted by a lovely lady who took us into the shop and we all got to taste about 7 different sauces/relishes/jams on crackers, they were all beautiful!

All items were reasonably priced!

Members from the Kingston Garden Club visited TGSC yesterday. We were greeted by the co owner Tim. It wasn’t the best weather but after lunch we were taken around the garden by Tim. We (as garden lovers) were not disappointed nor disheartened by the weather. Tim’s wife Julie helped us to purchase the tasty sauce.
What a lovely couple. It’s worthwhile stopover and great place to have a quiet lunch.
It was our final stop after a three day trip to the midlands.

Fantastic tasting and such a great selection of sauces, jams, relishes and chutneys. Well worth the stop and in a beautiful location. Host was lovely and so knowledgeable on local produce and the area.

Our coach tour booked in for a delicious barbecue lunch and a tour of the gardens. I was particularly interested in the tree with the fluffy cones that was placed in a sheltered part of the garden and was doing so well. I would dearly love to know it's name. The sauces and chutneys we tasted were delicious and the favourites were apricot chutney and the strawberry chilli sauce.

Always return for the best tomato relish... And some jam... Yum yum

Very personable, absolutely delicious selection and able to try all. Chilli jam amazing. A must stop for anyone going near Evandale.

Was acquainted with Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company at a food event and got a jar of Whisky Seville marmalade.
I love the pairing of whisky and seville in the marmade and it even had orange rind in which really packs a lovely punch on bread or whatever you are having it with.

Friendly and attentive staff, beautiful gardens!
Call ahead for lunch though.
