Well I just can’t speak highly enough about Ian, from the time of ringing him to the finished job, was so professional & nothing was any trouble, with such fast efficient service, then there was the outstanding communication, so you knew everything there was to know what was happening.
I’m just so happy & pleased with the work done of the old hatch out & the new one in.
So if anyone is ever in need of any RV repairs just give Ian @ IMCRS a call & you won’t look back, also no cash then it’s no dramas either as he has mobile eftpos, so it’s so easy all the way round.

Ian was an absolute champion after my solar panel tore off my camper trailer roof. He ordered a new panel, fitted it to the roof, repaired the lead and connections and the holes. He is an auto electrician and a mechanic and was so helpful and generous with his time and sharing of knowledge. I very highly recommend Ian, as you couldn't be in better hands!

Ian knew what to look for when solving our RV hot water system not heating. Testing proved to show a blockage of dust inside the external cover. Blew out fixed it up 🌝 thanks mate

I contacted Ian after an Electrical problem with the van. He made room in his busy schedule as we had limited time in Mission Beach. Quickly found the problem and advised us how to fix. Battery replacement needed. Very reasonable cost, friendly and efficient service. Highly recommend this business and Ian.

Rang Ian after discovering a broken shaft on a support leg. After some effort by him he couldn't locate an appropriate part and unfortunately we had to move on so were limited by time, but very much appreciate the effort he made to help us out. Can fully understand the positive comments he receives as he really tries his best with customer service.

Arranged to drop by Ian’s place to have him look at our solar set up and see why it wasn’t charging the batteries. No probs for Ian had it fixed and we were back on the road in under an hour. Great service and highly recommend.

The rear corner of our caravan had just recently sprung a slow leak after a bit of rain through the night. I called and messaged Ian that morning and he happily squeezed us in that same afternoon when there was a break in the weather to reseal that corner area of our roof etc and he even went out of his way to reseal a few other potential spots at the same time that weren't leaking but would potentially cause issues in the future. He definately lives up to his 5 star reviews giving a fantastic service at a great price all the while offering very knowledgeable insight in a very professional and friendly manner. Highly recommended to all, AAA+ service! 👍
P.S: We have pre-booked Ian to service our van in August as we were that chuffed with his prompt service! 😀😃

Ian came highly recommended to us and now I know why. We were literally about to spend hundreds travelling to Townsville to diagnose our suspension problem. Ian came around and recognised what the problem was and had it fixed quick smart! Whilst there, we mentioned we needed a new brake control kit for our off road Crusader, he sourced one for a very reasonable price and had us sorted in no time. Good old fashioned, happy, honest customer service.

Ian is a most helpful, friendly and professional person who came to my site at a caravan park in Mission Beach and fixed my battery problem in no time. I had called him on a Sunday, hoping he could come the Monday but he came straight away due to the urgency of my situation.

We called Ian trying to find someone to help us find the source of a low level but persistent smell of gas in our Motorhome while we are on a 12 week lap of Queensland. He was wonderful and arranged an appointment the next day and while it took another two on site visits by him to us to pin point the illusive source of the problem, eventually we knew we had a small leak coming from the onboard, built in gas burner cooktop and he was able to isolate that so we can still use other gas appliances on board. He was very thorough and also discovered a failing house battery that could have also been adding to our odour issue and would have brought us further grief somewhere down the track.
Thank you so much Ian for your assistance, courteousness and kindness. We can now continue on our journey with peace of mind. As I said you were a god send to us.

The response time to our call was within minutes, the time of arrival was prompt, the work was completed (blocked drains that even the makers of the van, Jayco, were not able to repair, the day before) successfully in a timely manner.
