I drove to Nundle with a friend. We had a few days to relax and enjoy this beautiful area. Our cabin by the creek was very clean and convenient to everything in the small town. We walked to the pub for great food and wine, explored the mine, I bought a dress at the woollen mill and we wandered along the creek.
The people were very friendly. Everyone welcomed us. We were having coffee in the cafe when a lovely woman gave us two yellow, home-grown squash, which I cooked when I got home. They were fresh and tasty!
The same woman also invited us to stay at her place in Hanging Rock next time.
It was hot, so we had a refreshing dip in the local swimming pool across the road.
And there are even tennis courts on site at the caravan park.
Nundle was such a breath of fresh air I want to live there!

Spent 10weeks at Fossickers caravan park Nundle. Laura a and Ben were so helpful and friendly. Amenities spotless with mostly grass sites but very well maintained. A very relaxing place and the township so friendly. Will be going back next year.
Thank you so much Ben and Laura and see you both soon.

What a lovely caravan park, amenities are the cleanest so far, spotless. Great camp kitchen. Management oh so friendly, other's could take a leaf out of their book.
Lots of interesting places to see around Nundle.
Thank you for a good stay. Sorry I sang Celine Dion in the shower. Ladies, look at the notice in ladies amenities and you will get it.

Went to Nundle for a mates 50th and camped at the fossickers way. I had read good reviews of the park and they all lived up to expectations. The park and facilities were modern and very clean great location and the owners and staff were really nice, highly recommend stopping in if you are in the area. Very interesting area as well meet some nice people and learnt some history.
Thanks Fossickers Way.

We were here for a friend’s birthday. Check in and out was smooth. Friendly service and ready to help with local suggestions.
The sites were grassy (some concrete slabs) and more than large enough. Were even allowed fires.
Ammenities including camp kitchen were clean with all that you needed. A nice outdoor area with a bigger fire pit for our large gathering.
Easy access to the river for play or fossicking.
A really nice atmosphere to the park, more like your friendly traditional park. Kids were able to play free.
Plus dog friendly.

What an amazing place!
Maintained so perfectly, the gardens are gorgeous and the facilities are immaculately clean. Can't fault the location, you can walk to the town, have a beer at the pub and browse the shops.
Camp kitchen is well equipped if you need it and the fire pit is really welcoming. The river is crystal clear and you can hear the water running from your site. Combine all this with excellent service and being able to take your doggy and you really can't ask for much more. Will definitely stay again - more than once!

This is our third stay here.
Nothing was a problem for the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was just as enjoyable as the last.
Short walk to cafe, pub, shops.
Cabin was clean and tidy.
Was nice to lay in bed and listen to the water run down the river.
1 hour drive out to Tamworth and short 5 minute drives out of town to pan if you don’t want to pan in the river behind the park.
Sheba dam is a nice place to have a picnic and a walk around.
Already planning our return trip 10/10.

Bring some warm pj’s as the nights get cool. The river is pleasant to swim in. Very clean and refreshing.

Pack some river shoes 😉

The place was great, In the heart of Nundle. The cabins were very nice to stay in, and the staff/service was awesome. Seriously, rate this place, really like the river view, and would definitely go back.

Thanks Ben for looking after an old and cold motorcyclist on a mid-winter trip, who warmed up in a simple cabin and loved a wander around the town a short walk away in the morning. Amazing ride from Nundle south through Barry, Glenrock and Ellerston Stations. Only about twenty creek crossings!! Loved Nundle and chats with the locals. Will be back when it's warmer!
Excellent accommodation and care, thank you.

Attention all ADV Riders and travellers. Just want to say once in a while you are reminded of old school hospitality and customer service. Ben, his lovely wife and family are absolute professionals and ensure every stay is a memorable one. Cabins are immaculate as is the rest of the property. You literally have everything you need within a few hundred metres. If I could give this place Seven stars I would. Only regret is I didn’t get to say thanks (left very early) for getting me, my broken bike and trip, back on the road with shed, beers and tools supplied. Would have been a very different result had we chose to stay elsewhere. Proper respect and wish you guys all the success in the world. Matt Pace. Kellyville NSW.

Perfect peaceful spot with everything you need in the cabins. Haven't stayed here for ages but it really is a lovely choice in town. The cabin is comfy with just the right amount of space and everything you need including lovely verandah outside. You are on the river and it is a great peaceful spot. Great playground nearby, heated pool and pub just up the road. The servo cafe across the road makes fantastic coffee and food too. There is a minimum stay I think which is a shame if you don't have much time up your sleeve.

Excellent place to relax and take the kids. The units are clean and great for families, couples or even solo stays.
A little river runs through the center of the park where you can pan for gold if you feel lucky and fish a little further downstream!

Close to shops and tourist areas, it's a perfect place to stay if you're in Nundle!

A huge thank you to the new owners of this caravan park for such a lovely stay during the long weekend for our family reunion. Many of my family booked up caravan sites and cabins for 3 nights and it is one of the loveliest parks I’ve ever stayed in.
From a lovely welcome on arrival to super clean facilities, flat sites and being able to have a firepit, in addition to being in the perfect location for walking all over town, we can’t fault a thing. Many thanks again for a great stay.

Great, food/Coffee and hospitality from the service station/Cafe and the Peel in hotel wich is in walking distance.
Can't wait to get back there for some more relaxation time with the family.

We stayed there in a cabin for 4 nights and it was a great experience! Everything was clean and neat and the rooms had all the appliances we needed for our stay. It is great accommodation for couples, friends and families alike. Highly recommended!
