Broken Hill Art Exchange

I completed a couple of art workshops- I'm not an artist and it was great to learn new creative skills. I then decided to volunteer and join the committee. I work with such a lovely group of people and get involved with great projects. The Art Exchange does good in the community and provides residencies and opportunities for artists.

BHAE hosted our group of 28 for an exhibition in October this year. They were incredible. We had access to their fantastic guest house. The rooms were simple and clean. They supported our exhibition, driving us to and from our accommodation. They provided a food stall at the venue. They volunteered at 5 o’clock in the morning and at midnight to provide security for our event. They were lovely and smiling. Thank you so much we could not have had our exhibition, desert equinox, without them. I would not want to have been a part of the exhibition without them.
