Botany Medical Centre

I was visiting Sydney for business and needed to see a doctor on a Sunday. I found Botany Medical Centre to be very well presented and the service provided was excellent. Dr Prabhu was professional and very happy to recommend.

This is a great clinic with friendly and caring staff. 5 out of 5 stars.

I would like to add that there have been quite a lot of negative comments. What people don't seem to realise is that whilst the clinic is bulk billed, there will be many patients engaging with this service and still the staff are fantastic. They do a brilliant job.

Finally I find a medical centre where the doctors are all highly trained. I am absolutely chuffed that I can make a booking now for myself and the family and I am always catered for. No more long waits. A dream come true as I was so disillusioned with all my other centers never being able to accommodate last minute when sickness creeps upon us. Thankyou

Dr Danielle Kolos is very understanding and very patient in answering questions. I am new to Sydney and it is great to have found a respectable local GP! Online booking is efficient and the reception staff are helpful.

This is a great family practise have been going for years . The Doctors are all professional and very friendly , they take the time to listen to you.Some times they may run a bit late but it not usually a problem

Very attractive young male receptionist helped me out with my concerns over the phone and in person with tremendous customer service skills. He really made my day with his uplifting tone and humour.

Only been this place twice & yes there is a waiting time but the quality of care is the best. Will definitely try to be with this practice more often and I highly recommend Dr Nan Gu, she is the best.

Dr Zavras has been my doctor for 28 years now. She is the best. She is worth the waiting time

Doctor Stamatios Ktenas,is such a caring doctor, very knowledgeable, curtious, and a lovely chap,the receptionists are very professional, curtious, and super friendly,I highly recommend botany medical centre.
