Have been putting off doing a will now for years. Was put in touch with the team at Brydens who look after the Wills and was surprised at how easy they made it. They were understanding of any changes we had, guided us the whole way and did it all via phone. Can't thank them enough for finally helping us sort out such an important document.

If you have a car accident, do not use Brydens Lawyers. I was discharged from hospital after a car accident without a head injury assessment and Brydans were hired to help me. They were instructed by the Brain injury unit to apply for the Greenslip insurance called lifetime car. This would have given me help straight away. Though if you are on this insurance, because your medical expenses are paid for Brydans would make less money from the payout as the payout would be less. Though for me I would have had help. I had a frontal lobe head injury and it’s left me with poor organization skills, damaged vision and other injuries. Anita Cobb the Brydans lawyers instructed the case manager that I couldn’t get medical help until the court case was finished also.
After the Brain Injury unit instructed Brydans to put in an application for Life Time Care Insurance, Brydans did put an application in though they did not submit the information needed to get me across the line. That information just needed to be witness statements explaining I was knocked out and not breathing. (This was the information missing when I was helicoptered to hospital and most likely led to me being discharged without a correct head injury assessment).
I was put under a NSW Trustee order and when the young lawyer confronted Brydans about what was going on the Principle from Brydans threatened the NSW Trustee Lawyer with his career etc.
He showed no regards to me or fixing the problem. During this time because I didn’t have much help I was trying to apply for my insurance , centerlink help though I just could work things out and asked Brydans for help with this and was ignored. I ended up losing my home when I just needed help organising things. I would have had help if Brydans had not sabotaged the Life Time Care application.
Brydans just care about their money and not you. They want to charge me 150 k when they lost my home, savings, capital and stopped me getting help. I will do everything I can to warn car accident victims about this company and 150k will be a drop in the ocean. Grubs
