Fantastic Motel. Beautiful comfortable rooms and the meals are amazing. Spent 3 days and will definitely go back if we are ever in Ulverstone again.

Beautiful location close to the beach, rooms very clean and tidy, restaurant food was excellent, service exceptional. Recommend for a budget location.

Lovely spacious clean room. Lots of storage and a good TV.
Shower was hot and ran well.

We have found our annual ulverstone trip accommodation. We spent hours at the property in the heated swimming pool. A BBQ is available in this area. It is a great communal area to socialise with other guests and make acquaintances during your own stay.
The grounds are superbly maintained with all employees worthy of mention with their welcoming and friendly manners.
The room was clean and big enough for the three of us.
There was clear signage to utilise all appliances in the room.
The Beachway is a short walk to the beach and amazing parks for the children to play.
It is a 2 minute drive to the CBD, and ulverstone has excellent shopping.
Kids and I had an absolutely amazing stay at this accommodation, and we will be back over and over again, we have fallen in love.

I stayed here for work the past couple of weeks and the cleaning, cooking and general service is better than most hotels. The chef (Melissa) is the most friendliest, down to earth person you’ll ever meet. No request is too much for her and her cooking is absolutely amazing. A lot of attention to detail and everything was perfect. An awesome stay and I’ll be planning on staying here again next time I’m back.

We had the double and a single room. It was very clean, and well maintained. The swimming pool was very clean. They also had a guest laundry which is very helpful on a long trip. The room included a continental breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. We had dinner in the restaurant one night, it had a full bar and quite a good menu and the food was excellent.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and the only downfall was that we didn’t stay longer. Huge apartment perfect for families!

An enjoyable stay. Well located on the north coast. Fantastic rooms and comfy beds. Very friendly and helpful service by Ken, the on-site manager. The food was exceptional, not your standard motel meals. The chef also was very friendly and helpful. Well worth the stay and even using as a base for Cradle Mt and other destinations

Great little hotel. We only got the double room. It’s cosy and has everything a hotel room has. Even has a Bible!! 🥰 There is a pool and an excellent grass area for the kids to play (no equipment) ⚽🏈
It’s a nice secluded area. Has a restaurant and room service. 🍱 Comes with Continental breakfast

Restaurant has really nice meals. Perfect size. Not expensive

Lovely renovated motel. Very clean and tidy. Would come again. Fare price with continental breakfast thrown in. Gotta lookout the wide and roomy car spaces outside your room.
Good friendly service

Perfect place to stay with kids! Pool at motel, massive skate park, 2 playgrounds and a waterslide around the corner, it ticked all the boxes for us on our 3 day visit. Ken was fantastic and made our stay a breeze! Breakfast included in stay, Food made by Chef was delicious, we ate at the restaurant every night. The kids had a blast drawing on the butcher paper while we waited for tea. Thank you Ken, we will be back again.

We booked at the very last minute, after a horrible, horrible experience with an AirBnB which we left almost immediately. It was late, we were upset, tired and hungry after a long drive. Staff at the Beachway Motel and Restaurant were very kind and above and beyond helpful. I cannot thank them enough for their welcome. The rooms are pristine, well maintained, and the beds are very comfortable. The food is quite yummy (the salas was made fresh, chicken parmi and churros were very tasty), and the bar has some very good wines on offer. I was surprised at the cleanliness of the (heated) outdoor pool, and the extremely well maintained gardens. We had our dog with us, which was not a problem (they just charge a bit of an extra fee for cleaning). This is now one of our ports of call when we go North. Highly recommended.

Customer service was fantastic. Accommodating of my Coeliac son for breakfast. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Beautiful grounds and surroundings. Hot water was constant and no issues. Very comfortable stay, will definitely be back to use the beautiful pool in warmer weather. Thanks to the staff for a faultless stay 🙏

Very friendly staff, going above and beyond, but relaxed and friendly. My son accidentally threw a toy onto the roof and the handyman got it down with no fuss. Rooms very comfortable. We've stayed in a double room before which is comfy but cramped (for 1 adult and 2 kids). This time we stayed in the two bedroom apartment with private courtyard. Heaps more room, a spa bath, washer and dryer, very comfy beds, great kitchen, clean and of course excellent location. Restaurant has a good variety of simple family-friendly meals. They do housekeeping on Sundays but come around to check if you need anything in between times. Highly recommended.

Booked last minute for a large group on a Friday night after another venue messed up our booking. Ken was very accomodating and delivered excellent service despite having another function room to service. Food was great as well!

I'm staying for 1 night for business trip. It is quiet, clean and warm. I have just ordered and eaten room service. The BEST butter chicken I have ever eaten, and yes, I've had a few. Can't believe I struck gold.

Had a room for the night with wife and daughter while traveling... Friendly staff great service rooms are dated but very clean and well appointed, best of all quiet slept like a baby... Didn't visit the bar or restaurant sorry.

The man in the kitchen is really friendly, the rooms were nice and clean and the pool is amazing. It is a great location and gardens are very well kept. I recommend this place .close to the ocean aswell. Beautiful

This Motel was lovely and clean. The staff were very obliging and friendly. Best of all the rooms came with beautiful thick fluffy Bath Sheets.
Would definitely stay here again

The accommodation here is great,the room we had was refurbished, very clean, tidy and comfortable, we didn't eat at the restaurant, would definitely recommend
