F45 Training Casuarina

Highly recommend F45 Casuarina. They helped me achieve my dream weight goal in a short period of time and taught me all the tricks and tips to better my form along the way. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Team training, life changing!!

F45 Casuarina is an absolute vibe!!! The coaches correct your form and encourage you to improve your strength and fitness. I wish I found this F45 studio sooner!!

I'm onto week 3 of my F45 28 day challenge and absolutely loving it. The trainers are amazing and there is always such a fun great energy at the beginning of each class.

I'm so glad i joined F45 Casuarina, Ive met so many lovely people, the trainers especially have made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I've always trained in a gym and it gets pretty lonely and un motivating but since joining up i have enjoyed every class and look forward to them! Couldn't recommend it more :)

High quality, diverse group classes. The equipment is in good condition and is always clean. Trainers are motivating and guide you to succeed. Members are nice, friendly, and supportive. Highly recommend this gym for a fun workout.

Great gym! I have tried a handful of f45s and this is one of the best. The trainers are quite knowledgeable and proactively help me with knee injury. The facilities are clean, light filled and never too crowded.

I love F45 Casuarina. Hands down the most supportive and welcoming coaches. Such a family feel and I love starting my morning with them every day. No better place to train. Easily 5 star studio!

Excellent gym. I rejoined F45 after my move from NZ and haven’t been disappointed. The coaches are helpful, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. 5* all round.

Great community, great trainers

Great new gym, very spacious and clean. Mitchell and team are excellent trainers and definitely get you (back) in shape in no time.

I really enjoy the atmosphere created by Mitch and the staff. It's tough but you are only there for 45mins, due to the organisation there is no time wasted. The team take their time to make you feel very welcome.

Love the format, love the workouts, love the community!
