Ultra Tune provided an efficient and cost-effective service of my 2009 Subaru Outback. The staff were friendly and offered great advice. I will be going back.

Today we went to see Andrew at Ultra Tune in Hervey Bay to fix a problem with the belts in our car. He dropped everything he was doing to fix the car, in less than half an hour it was fixed for a very reasonable price. We will be back for sure, Andrew and his staff were really helpful and friendly....We need more people like this in the area, honest and reliable....Thanks very much guys we will see you again and recommend you to our friends.

I cannot thank Brodie enough for 'going above and beyond' to fix our dead alternator on a Saturday. Knowing we were only visiting Hervey Bay for the weekend (from Brisbane), and how inconvenient (and costly) it would be to wait for the workshop to reopen again on Monday, he stayed back after closing time and replaced the alternator for us. An act of kindness very much appreciated by myself and my family. Thankyou.

Doing an around Aust 4wd trip. On 25/3/24 problem with DPF system in my 2019 Pajero Sport. Committed to an accommodation timetable with another 4wd travelling with us. Visited Dealership in Hervey Bay. It was busy but I was disappointed with the minimal interest shown. Contacted Manager Andrew at Ultra Tune who was friendly, helpful, and very professional. Great attitude and understanding of our situation. Andrew arranged for his team members Rob and Dave to carry out the task of resetting the DPF system straight away. Both very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Problem fixed in around 20 mins. Exceptional effort. Thank you again.

These guys are awesome. On holidays in Hervey Bay and developed engine concerns making our journey home potentially dangerous. They went out of the way to diagnose the issues. Definitely recommend these guys.

Driving to Agnes when the engine light came on towing the van, called Maryborough, no answer rang Hervey Bay on a whim and he guided us through everything ensured safe to drive and even though he wasn’t open today and was just renovating told us to come in and he would scan it for us.

Absolutely above and beyond service and got us sorted to continue heading to Agnes with our toddlers.

Andrew and his team were great to deal with. Due to the Christmas/ New year brea, freight was not running however, that did not stop Ultra Tune helping us out. Andrew organised Ultra Tune in another town where the part was located to perform our repair. I would 100% return in future. Customer service was above and beyond. Thankyou!
