Mid Coast Holiday Accommodation Centre

House while structurally sound and good facilities, but is very tired - carpets are disgusting, external table/chairs, windows and verandahs were filthy - exterior needs a spider spray and clean. Spent our first few hours cleaning to our standards. Redbacks around the garbages.
If booking for 8 or more then there wont be enough plates or cups that aren't chipped.. and the dining table has only 6 seats. Outdoor sunblinds are broken apparently which is going to be harsh in summer in the afternoons. Dishwasher needs a good clean as its not cleaning the cups and plates properly. The location is brilliant being 5 mins walk to Shoreline Tavern and short drive to shopping and beaches with walkways along the foreshore.
The downer for us (which I feel for the owner) is the nosey neighbour who feels the need to dob - made me feel very uneasy and couldn't enjoy my stay..
The lawns were mown but almost dead and side neighbour told us it was only mown before we arrived as it was up to his knees so obviously neglected...hedged needs a good drink before they die and watch your car doors as it is very prickly and sharp . Cooking pan was full of fat and left over veges... gross!! and some drawers had bugs in them in the bowls and stuff...
Pool table had no equipment that we could find so really was a letdown
Would I book it again? - probably not unless major work is done.....
