Since under the new management this shop has totally been transformed. The manager is super helpful and very friendly.

You can not see this shop from the street with your car its in a little shop alley.
Lots of things in the shop and on the street(no furniture)but quite expensive for a vinnies.
Saleslady not very freindly
Always behind my back like i was a thief.
Quite easy to park not far away.

I don’t go in often, but when I do I have found the ‘lady at counter’ (possibly manager) to be rude & annoying. She follows you around the store (wonderful feeling)
Today she stood by my daughter & I as we tried on shoes.. she even told my daughter the chunky heels were too big for her!

One time she looked at my hands as I left the store?? I didn’t return for a year.

Why does she keep her job?

Worst OP shop experience in Sydney. I get that a lot of stores now have increased prices and there are less and less bargains every day but to take an item to the counter and have the woman refuse to sell it to you because she thinks their pricing is to cheap...

The woman with the dark hair has to be the rudest person in customer service I have ever met. How does she have this job and why haven’t they fired her after multiple complaints. I heard it’s closing down, now I know why.
