The guys at Pialba Brake Clutch & Steering Centre went above and beyond for us while we were travelling through Hervey Bay and had an issue with our steering rack leaking a lot of power steering fluid out of our Audi Q7.
A quick diagnosis and quote was sent out, the job was booked in and went exactly the way they had planned it all.
The steering rack was reconditioned and now we’re back on the road!
They even helped us get our warranty claim over the line as the company we were dealing with clearly didn’t wanna pay out for what we were entitled to!
Nothing was an issue for them. Pricing was reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a good honest and reliable mechanic!
The only issue for me is that they are in Hervey Bay instead of Airlie Beach where we live! 🤣

Excellent service!! These guys actually pushed away a couple of grand worth of work that I was happy to get done (work that wasn't super important right now but is developing and will require looking at in a few months or so) just to get our car sorted with the necessary bits that a 6 month, across Auzzie trek had rattled apart.
I will definitely be going back and getting the rest completed shortly. Highly recommend trusting your vehicle to these guys.

Needed a flywheel machined today as a matter of urgency, it was also getting close to the end of business hours which is not the best situation to put a workshop in (Don’t be like me), However these guys did a great job on the flywheel and they had it done in less than 45 minutes which saved me a whole lot of trouble. Thanks for the help lads, couldn’t be happier, 👍

Thank you for your great service and the information you provided in repairing my vehicle. I utilised the free brake check to get a second opinion and was pleasantly surprised when my brakes were in perfect working order. So, zero cost to me. I also had a small repair job carried out which was nearly half the price of my original quote and was completed quickly and efficiently. As a traveller and when finding good tradespeople is hard, I would highly recommend these guys.

Just had the clutch and new brakes system and the guys even sand blasted my brake calipers and painted them red....they are always easy to book in with and always give the best price

We can not thank Dylan enough for his great service. We were about to take a trip in our Motorhome when we discovered a diesel leak. Although it was after closing for him he still told us to come in so he could check it for us. Unfortunately we needed a new part which he efficiently tracked down and on its arrival a few days later he and the lads all worked together to get us going as quick as possible.

Highly recommended!! We were in urgent need of new brake rotors as the car was making a horrible grinding noise, the boys squeezed us in to get them fixed on the same day of inquiry. By far the easiest/honest mechanics to deal with along our trip around Australia!
