I had problems with Sendle re my delivery. Upon phoning George from Roundabout Lighting Echuca, he escalated the problem immediately and my light was delivered the following day. I am very happy with the customer service I received from Roundabout Lighting, they were helpful every step of the way. I haven't opened my light yet, but I am sure I will be very happy with my purchase.

Recently ordered a light fitting from Roundabout Lighting and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service provided. I was confused about replacing a fluro light with an LED so rang and spoke to George who was very knowledgeable and patient. I ordered a light fitting and it was dispatched the same day. We ordered this exhaust fan initially for our second bathroom renovation. Product is so good. No steamy bathroom after a hot shower. Very fast delivery. Received the same day. Excellent service

I walk past this ship every day sometimes twice a day, this store has been in business for years from the days of John and Jose up to George now this has been a family business that we can know and count on for all our solutions, mum brought fans here nearly 20 years ago and they still cooling us down this summer and going strong

Competitive prices here which is where most local business struggle to remain competitive with companies like Officeworks and JB and many other online outlets that don't have the over heads.

Emailed Roundabout Lighting they got back to me in a quick and professional manner with everything I needed and were happy to assist me in what I needed.

I had a chat in store upon making the purchase the store was professionally laid out and nice and tidy and clean which is a plus the girl acknowledged me within a matter of minutes can't beat this service and that's a fact.

I love the lighting available at Roundabout Lighting Echuca. I rang to ask for help before I purchased a pendant light online. The person I spoke to was so friendly and helpful and I was able to include the correct bulb for the light. I can’t wait for my light to arrive! Thank you.

The best lighting store in Echuca. The owners and staff are very helpful, knowledgable and have a great eye for lighting design. It's obvious that these guys and gals know their stuff. Their comprehensive product selection is diverse and the quality of the products they stock shows that Roundabout are passionate about lighting .
