Bannisters Pavilion

Couldn't speak higher of Bannisters and the team behind it! The rooms, service and staff were everything and more we could ask for. Highly recommend. We dined at Rick Steins, had nibbles, drinks and dinners at the Pavilion and it was all flawless.

We are on our way back from a wonderful weekend at Bannisters Pavilion with a big smile on our faces. It lived up to all our expectations and more: fabulous and friendly staff, a comfortable room with everything you need and just a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. The joys of a boutique hotel. The food was delicious and we couldn’t fault a single thing, including the breakfast that came with our deal. We thought the food and wine was good value. We even managed a couple of hours around the pool to soak up that holiday feel. Next time I’d ask which rooms are best positioned - we had a car park view. Not particularly aesthetically pleasing but not really an issue either. Would highly recommend a stay. We ate at Bannisters Rick Stein restaurant too, which was also great. But I think we preferred the relaxed vibe of the Pavillion.

It is a gorgeous venue and has a great aesthetic, full table service or you can scan a QR code, but definitely book ahead the walk in tables are really nice but fill up quickly. Marg was good just a little bit sweet for me, a little heavy on the Cointreau/simple syrup however people I was with liked it so that’s just personal taste. Staff friendly and it’s cool there is a pool on the roof. Definitely worth a visit. If you know Sydney then I’d say it has Coogee Pav vibes. Bannisters seems to have a bunch of Venues in the area and I can’t wait to check them all out.

Had a meal at the rooftop bar and grill, while quite expensive as far as food prices go, the food was very well worth it. Zero complaints about any of the meals, and the service was great.

This place is BEAUTIFUL - good value. Freshly done, all nice and new. There is a rooftop bar, restaurant and pool. They have room service. Wifi has been a bit patchy, but not too bad. Room is super comfy and private. Rick Stein’s restaurant is around the corner and there is a shuttle. Parking is far away from the rooms, so you need a luggage thingy to take all your bags up. Fluffy dressing gowns and slippers in the room. Lovely styling. Friendly check in - and service in general has been terrific.

We chose Bannisters Pavilion for our anniversary dinner. We arrived early and had a couple of drinks before being seated at our table. Fantastic dinner! Perfectly cooked steak and wonderful service which included a ride back to Mollymook after being let down by the local shuttle service. We will be back.

Dined in for dinner once and then back for dessert and drinks. Very friendly helpful staff serving tasty food and great cocktails. Steak was amazing and Katie made the best cosmo for me with a lovely smile. A variety of seating to suit everyone with a great ambiance.

OMG you have to go there! Make sure you book up ahead to avoid disappointment. I snatched the last table for that day. So worth it. You gotta give a credit when due. I admire people who follow their passion. This is Rick's version and it's bloody good. I've had the best food combinations and never thought they could go together. Also the espresso Martini was heaps good. We'll be back for sure! Thank you for the awesome service and experience to the staff

We stayed only one night at Bannisters Pavilion and it was just lovely!! The reception was kind and courteous as was the shuttle service to and from the Rick Stein restaurant. What a great set up! Also the rooms are, well, roomy, clean and just so peaceful and tranquil. We overlooked some bush land which made it even more peaceful.

I highly recommend Bannisters Pavilion for anyone visiting Mollymook!!

Very nice hotel, close to the beach, very clean rooms and comfy beds.

Stayed here for the night and it was wonderful. The staff were super polite and friendly. Offered a glass of bubbly and we enjoyed that. The room was a good size and the amenities were nice. A short walk to the fabulous restaurant Gwylo. Very quiet room and a good location. The morning breakfast up on the deck was brilliant. Fresh cooked eggs, any style, were delicious. Even the tea tasted better out in the sun. The staff are very polite and professional. A wonderful stay and would/will do it again.

Everything was perfect about this restaurant. Friendly attentive staff, beautiful decor and the food was next level. The prawn linguine was cooked to perfection, the yoghurt bread was amazing and the sorbets were so fresh. Added bonus to see the man himself turn up for dinner!

Got the lot here at Bannisters Pavillion. Ample parking, pool, rooftop bar and dining. Mollymook beach is a short amble away for those leisurely walks. Milton is a short drive away, or you can walk if you feel inclined. Come here, you'll love it!

Great location, rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable. Pretty decent hotel for the price. We’ll definitely come back again.

We had a fantastic time @Bannisters Pavilion. The staff are so lovely, nothing is ever to much trouble. The food at the Rooftop bar is very good and the breakfast in the morning was outstanding. We stay for 5 days and did not want to leave. Highly recommended!!!

Everything about this place is exceptionally beautiful.
The location is beautiful- Mollymook is such a beautiful area and there is a shuttle bus service to take you to the restaurants they offer as well as their sister hotel.
Highly recommend!

Bannisters was a long time coming, 15 years in the making, and it did not disappoint. The staff were extremely friendly and warm towards the kids and keeping them entertained throughout the night, the food was exquisite which was accompanied with an exceptional wine menu. We all left wanting more, but couldn't possibly have fit more in. Thank you to the team at Bannisters Pavilion for providing my wife, children and I with an experience we will never forget.

Bannister's Pavilion is situated back from the beach at Mollymook, just a short stroll from the water. The rooftop pool bar serves food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Onsite parking is available under the building with access via stairs and a lift.
The building is new and modern, air conditioned throughout.
The pool is located on the 2nd floor and the Rooftop terrace above is great for lounging and has online ordering with you food or drink delivered to you.

We had a great stay, with excellent service and communication. We also used the shuttle across to Rick Stein's restaurant.
We were very happy with every aspect of our stay and would love to return.
