Amazing store with lots of items on sale. The women’s section is full of great quality clothing at great prices. Lots of space around so shopping experience still feels roomy and comfortable. Don’t miss out!!

I had a pleasant experience at Myer, where the staff were very friendly and the store was well organized. It made for a hassle-free shopping experience.

Simply the best. The new rooms were well designed and logically perfect for the business traveller. Across the road is the river to swim. It was a pure delight to stay. It took approx 5-10min walk to be in the centre of the city or its historic tourist area.

Browsing the net & I found this Staub bouillabaisse pot on sale for $595 at Myer. It was despatched in Victoria and after a few days I received it today. Whooray!

I’m grateful to Patrick who works for Jo loves. I was thinking about what to give as a gift for Christmas, and Patrick introduced me to Jo loves perfume.
I was there for about an hour asking him a lot of questions, but he was kind to me until the end!
I gave my friend the perfume he recommended, and my friend loved it so much!
Thanks to Patrick, I’m so happy to find a new brand and my favorite perfume!
And I’m also grateful to Laura for her pretty initials on that perfume!

We are visiting from the States and had purchased a suit earlier in the day from a different Myer location and needed to exchange the jacket for a different size. We arrived five minutes before closing and unfortunately the staff in the suit coats had gone home for the day but thanks to.Zash, Who was working in shoes, We were able to make the exchange. Zash, went Out of her way to help us out, saving us a trip back into the city before we fly out the next day. Many thanks, For the excellent service, we will definitely shop at Meyer again!

I randomly walked to Chanel on Thursday in the Myer Sydney City store on the 12th to ask directions to a different store where i had misplaced my shopping bags and was happily greeted by Sophie/Sophia (unsure of spelling). She is a true embodiment of implementing excellent customer service in her role and an absolute gem! She not only gave me directions but walked me to the actual store (10 min walk) and we talked as if we were best friends the whole way. She deserves recognition because most people wouldn’t do that and the fact she went above and beyond for me just proves she would do it for any one of her own clients/customers. Her company and energy was so eye opening in those 10 minutes! Great service and she was a great person

I love Myer in Sydney. The open, bright lay out of the store & the range of goods. In particular, the fashion departments have the best range in Australia with an extensive & varied array of stock. Service is great with very attentive & helpful staff.

Good old shopping complex downtown. We went shopping go on the Boxing Day. So lots of discounts and we needed kitchen stuff so there were so many choices on the fifth floor for us.
Nice to have a little cafe where you can have a rest upstairs.
There was a returning because of package misleading. I brought to them the next day and the staff refunded efficiently. Good customer service.

I unexpectedly had to go out after being in the city all day and didn't have time to go home. Went into Myer and met lovely Stephanie from the Cue section, who not only picked out the perfect dress for me but was so so so lovely! She is someone I wish would help me in every store!

Very nice experience. I was in a rush and needed a shirt. Byron from Van Huesen was extremely helpful and even steamed the shirt for me!

This is my favourite shopping! It is better than The Bondi junction specially perfumes or cosmetic area. You have all the international brands. Is open everyday all day. Very convenient.

I purchased an item and forgot to use a voucher I had, so I had to be the annoying person and return and repurchase. But Francine was so lovely she did everything for me without making me feel bad or guilty. The previous lady whom I made the purchase with decided she couldn't be bothered and sent me off.

This is the best one stop shopping destination in Australia. This Sydney CBD store is so flash and things are priced well. A must visit if you're visiting Sydney. Well done Myers!

I’m so so so happy with one of the staff here. most of them are very polite and friendly but one of the best and sweeet lady was Shaili who helped me always to choose the best perfumes. I visited there so many times and i always looked for her. The ones she recommended were always loved by my husband as well as me. She is so sweet with all customers not only me. The staffs in this myer are best. I’m looking forward to visit soon. Here are some awesome ones

I went there to look for gifts for my birthday. The perfume bottles at Penhaligon's stand caught my attention. At that time, Nicole came and answered all the questions I was curious about and showed me all the perfumes I wanted to test.She understood my language barrier and she was always friendly, smiling and helpful throughout my shopping. At last she helped me get a Penhaligon's discovery kit.

I asked a lady if they had jean paul gautier le beau but they didnt have it. She told me to come back saturday but they didnt have it then either. On monday she asked her manager to open some boxes to find it and she found it. Idk her name but she was so nice, literally the best myer employee please give her a raise or something 😭🙏

Dec 2022: Myer Sydney, centrally located, is a decent sized Australian department store, offering everything from apparel, homewears to your dinner from the basement food court. Always wonderful to see their Christmas windows each year
