Super good Japanese restaurant in Summerhill but would be a credit to any district. Worth driving the extra mile for this. Lovely food, professional service and excellent value. Very clean and tidy. Even better, it is a genuine & authentic place in a sea of places that are talking loud but saying little. This place is great. What else do you want? Head over there!

The food was amazing; especially the green tea noodle salad and carpaccio. The staff are quiet accommodating to requests and also very helpful with recommendations! The price reflects the quality of food, Highly recommend!!!

Fujiyama has been my favourite Japanese takeaway in the Inner West for years. I finally popped in for an actual visit today, and it was fantastic.

It's only a little pricier than other Japanese, but it makes up for that in the quality of all their dishes. Their sushi rice is always seasoned perfectly. Their Udon Noodle Soup and Miso Soups are spot on. Karaage Chicken Don is incredible and filling.

The staff were efficient and sweet. Would definitely recommend a visit.

The food was delicious with a great menu selection, the staff were really friendly and the decor was cute. My favourites were the Takoyaki, so so delicious, and the salmon sushi, very fresh.

I've been here a few times for dinner on a weeknight. The food is always fresh, delicious and usually quick (with the exception of the grilled miso eggplant - the one time I ordered it, I found it extremely salty).
The staff are welcoming and fairly attentive. The decor is dark but tidy, and suits the overall tone of the place.

This restaurant was exactly what we were looking for tonight!! My husband, best friend & I were looking for a delicious, reasonably priced dinner and stumbled across this place. The service was amazing, everyone was so lovely. We got a heap of things including ramen, edamame, takoyaki and sushi. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.

Sashimi is consistently fresh. Agedashi tofu is delicious, flavours are delicate. I always order this with the large sashimi set, can be shared between two.

I love the plum and ginger tea, wish I knew how to make it at home. Highly recommend.

Take away quality is just as good as dine in.

This place is my go to restaurant when I want to stay local. A cocktail at the Rio then Japanese for dinner.

Have eaten here multiple times in person and via UberEats and haven't been let down. The wagyu steak is a personal favourite of mine, while my girlfriend loves the bento boxes (good value!). Solid feed!

The best sushi and the best service. The chicken teriyaki sushi is outstanding as well as the salmon and avocado. Can’t wait to work my way through the menu. Support local and support this awesome Japanese joint.

Super tasty food and friendly staff. The soft shell crab salad is particularly good. Try the sashimi for some delicious fishy goodness!

Fujiyama is a delicious local restaurant. The styling is authentic suburbia, but the food is delicious.
From the freshness of the sashimi through a cascade of flavours in the Udons, teriyaki salmon, fried eggplant and our favourite tempura vegetables. The whole family finds something here to really devour.
