Whoever read this review take it 100% true. I’ve picked my car this week with more than my expectations. Sutton Mitsubishi Arncliff’s staffs are extraordinarily amazing teams.
I’ve checked couple of cars and different dealers before I came here, but once I got here I’m more satisfied with car, with staff knowledgeable and with their excellent customer handling.

My husband and i were very happy with the customer service we received at Suttons Arncliffe. Jeremy Pinson was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the car we purchased. Only being in 5 months training, he did an excellent job at explaining everything we needed to know about the car we bought. The rest of the team were super friendly and helpful as well. Job well done and continue the good work.

He was at all time’s extremely professional and understanding

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Andy and the team. From start to finish it was an easy process. After shopping around they offered me the best deal on my trade in and were next to none in customer service. They never pressured me into purchasing which was the selling point for me nor did they pressure me on all the extras. The advice they gave me was of a great help aswell. They were in constant contact and from start to finish they were friendly.
Will definitely recommend if you're in the market to purchase a vehicle.

Six star service from all staff, they went extra extra miles to help me get my first dream car. I have never met such friendly, helpful and caring people, I can only say first class customer service. I had a great experience with Andy from the used car team. He understood my needs and helped me find the car I needed, within my budget. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and I will be recommending Sutton's to my friends and family. I will be back too!

Firstly the sales process was very professionally handled by Layton, and the insurance company said that the value of the vehicle was much higher than what I paid. We even did the deal on the phone before I drove up to the dealership.

Then Alissa Tanasap took care of our after sales process and was so efficient and clear about our options for extended warranties and service and maintenance and even tried to help me with third party reversing camera that I was interested in. Totally professional. Then they delivered the vehicle right to my front door.

Jay was friendly, helpful and professional during our car purchase - he was a good person to deal with. Suttons offered us their range of additional services with the purchase, which is fair enough, but we didn't feel like they were putting a "hard sell" on us, which can be annoying. It was a good experience overall, no complaints. We would go back again in the future.

Last week my husband purchased a second hand car from Suttons at Arncliffe. We had the pleasure of meeting Ritesh, our car salesman. We found him to be understanding of what we wanted to purchase and went out of his way to find the vehicle for us. His courteous , friendly and honest manner made it a pleasant experience. His after sales service is excellent. Would not hesitate recommending him if your looking for a car.

Buying the car I needed was easy. Luke the service consultant made everything simple. No questions where too hard, answered my emails and kept in touch to update me on my queries. Luke is easy-going... sensible and just a good old fashioned nice guy. PS. My ASX runs fantastically and is perfect for my family. I have never had a better experience buying anything! I went to the Homebush Honda dealership & found my perfect car for a great price. I was looked after by John & Nick-it was my first ever time looking for/purchasing a car, and it was nothing like i expected. Luke was an excellent help he made me feel very welcome comfortable and sold me beaut of a vehicle!

Great car yard, friendly staff and a fairly good range of used cars considering the current economic state. Andy Phung was excellent to deal with and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a used car. We would definitely buy from here again.

I found a second hand car through Carsales online and from my initial enquiry to the time I drove away in it , Suttons Chullora were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
