Strange numbering of floors... it's crazy how the basement is revamped into a whole golden gai tokyo situation with all the Japanese food offerings. But even after many years, Oh Matcha on the ground floor is still the best among the lot with matcha soft serve.

An exquisite shopping centre located in beside Sydney Town Hall, Regent Place Shopping Centre contains a wide array of businesses. This includes an extensive collection of quality restaurants and sweet treats, as well as an assortment of major discount stores (such as DAISO and MidoMart, offering unique, well-priced wares from food to stationery). Easy to navigate and in an immensely convenient location, Regent Place Shopping Centre features numerous entrances and exits throughout the area of pristine modern architecture. Overall an amazing shopping centre, Regent Place is a notable location and a must visit for those in the area!!!

This is a relatively small shopping centre with only a handful of floors but the collection of shops here is amazing for any food lovers. The dominant theme here is Japanese:
- Uncle Tetsu serves up their signature light cheese cake
- Oh! matcha offers a green-tea themed menu of drinks and dessert
- Tenkomori delivers ramen to customers at a lightning pace
- Yebisu yakitori dishes out everything Japanese beyond skewers
- Yakiniku Yokocho offers premium meat for BBQ
- Uncle Tetsu Angel Garden lets you have a buffet of all their products
- Fujimi dorayaki serves up yummy red bean pancake sandwiches
- NEW!! Edomae sushi offers the standard sushi train experience

Beyond all the Japanese themed stores, you can also find burgers, ice cream, pizzas, Chinese food plus various boutiques. To top it off, Daiso is located on level 9 to let you load up on cheap home-ware!!

I love Asian supermarkets. This one is a treasure trove of really useful ingredients and snacks like dried squid and … actually… no. I LOVE DRIED SQUID. I canNOT GET ENOUGH OF THE SALTY SNACK. Five shiny stars for this excellent purveyor of fine foods⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Some really good food options here, but passageways packed almost all of the time, even outside of lunch/dinner hours.

Small shopping arcade near town hall. Mostly does food. I would recommend the ramen, the green tea cafe and the cheesecake store. Lots of cafes downstairs including a place to get the cheesecake by the slice
