Phenomenal tailor! Irene is efficient, skilled and friendly.

Reliable on time service. Asked what time it would be ready by and was told and it was bang on. The place next door burnt my shirt on the iron so took my clothes to them and havent had a bad experience yet. Been going for a few months. Service is nice and store is clean and well presented rather then grimy and unorganised. Would highly recommend.

I moved to Edgecliff after living in Elizabeth Bay for 5 years, and I still come back to use Points Point Dry Cleaners! Affordable & Friendly service!. Just a word of warning, let them know before hand what you need them to look out for...the only bad moment I've had is they ruined the underwire in my favourite lace dress & don't prefer the result of my cashmere sweaters dry cleaned from them. Otherwise suits, shirts, trousers and work dresses have all been perfectly returned!

Manager is very rude.

I feel sorry for her staff if she treat’s customers that way.
I’ve had 2 really expensive shirts come back with holes, and a yellow dry cleaning tablet in a pocket of my pants. At all times the manager has denied it happened there and was very rude. I just read on another review underneath that a yellow product they are using stained a sheet set. The manager is rude, unapologetic and will never accept any responsibility for anything.

Disappointed in how my jacquemus $700 silk shirt was serviced or lack of, I returned home and discovered water stains all over the sleeves like it was never washed and loose threads pulled among the shirt!! Came back to me in worse condition than I gave it to them won’t be using them again

This is a terrible dry cleaner. Ruined a $700 dress without apology. Wouldn't replace despite the manufacturer supplying a letter to state the error was on their part. I would never recommend this place - go next door, they're much nicer and haven't ruined anything!
