Zuzana is absolutely amazing with my blonde hair and her attention to detail and expertise in hair is second to none. I had the temerity to order a trimmer from this store. The price is not small and through the application the delivery time to Melbourne is indicated as 5 working days. Placed an order on September 24th and still no movement. It is extremely difficult to contact the seller, there was correspondence on Instagram, the seller so beautifully reassured me and promised to send everything by express mail in a matter of days, but all this turned out to be a lie. I do not recommend this store. I have already requested a refund, but so far there is silence. I’ll definitely write how everything is resolved
