WE HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH ANY OF HIS WORK , AND WILL CONTINUE USING HIS PRACTICE AS OUR LOCAL DENTIST .

Had my braces fitted by Dr Thompson without issue. When I informed him that I wanted to continue my care with an orthodontist, I was verbally abused and insulted. Apparently dental training in the present age is on par with orthodontic training. He then withheld money I had paid in advance and refused to refund the balance. That a health professional would hold money hostage and use it as retribution for wanting more professional care is astounding. I'm shocked that such conduct could come from a health professional. You would expect to hear of such a story from a mechanic or a shady tradesman, but alas it is not the case.
