Management is very hospitable and also is someone who will do what is best for the customer. However he doesn't tolerate nonsense. So don't waste his time.

This Gym is in a very convenient location with ample parking nearby. There is a good variety of equipment which is well maintained. The facilities are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful, providing good customer service.

Great facilities , the big man adrian is more then helpful with training nutrition needs also gives great life advice Nigel is also a top bloke love that guy , a good comfortable crowd nice flirty environment a nice steroid free safe place for everyone to enjoy and work out no incline press machine smh but overall great place to achieve your goals.

Good choice of music if you are older. Most of the kids have their headphones anyway. 60’s to 90’s music. I find that there is an older crowd in the mornings & on the weekends. I like this gym.
