V-Wall Cafe

The V Wall Cafe at Nambucca Heads has become a must-visit spot for me, even coming from Sydney, and it's all thanks to their incredible battered Hoki fillets and chips. The quality is consistently perfect, making each visit a delightful experience. The crispy texture of the batter and the delicious flavor of the Hoki fillets are truly unmatched. We will be back!

Dropped in today and grabbed the chicken schnitzel burger - and have to say; it was about the best schnitty burger I’ve ever had. The tavern itself; the food has been fantastic of late, and the cafe certainly didn’t disappoint today either. Will certainly be back for more.

Staff were so accommodating, one in particular behind the bar, don't know her name. Was great with our dogs, giving them water and pats. Loved the chilli margarita (me, not the dogs). Great spot near the water especially at sunset.

Superbly fresh flathead, battered just before cooking. Very nice prawn cutlets as well. Chips were crispy outside and luscious starchy inside, just like we ordered. A definite 5 star rating on quality of food.

Every time we come here the chips are so good and the fish cooked just right. The staff are really friendly and the kids love the ice cream.
You can enjoy it all just across the road at the picnic tables.

Just got fish and chips for two for lunch and it was pretty darn good I must say,super fresh and a good serving.

Friendly with good food. This cafe is attached to the V-Wall Tavern. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast with bacon, eggs, tomato, hash browns and toast. Really delicious and hot. Nothing is a problem for the staff. A fabulous view from inside & outside the cafe.

Great place for a mid-morning brekkie after a big night on the beers. Staff were very friendly, courteous and efficient.

They make a really nice BLT with a delicious tomato sauce and on a good quality turkish roll.

Best bacon and egg roll (burger) I have ever had. It had a generous serving of crispy and juicy bacon, the egg was perfect not runny or overcooked. And the BBQ sauce was out of this world gourmet. Made my day!

The V-Wall Nambucca Heads is a fantastic spot to venture out on foot and admire beautiful rock art with a spectacular coastal backdrop.

Couldn't decide where to eat (staying at adjacent holiday park). Workers so friendly and helpful, premises very clean and fish and chips were so tasty and generous. Highly recommend, so glad I didn't opt for two minute noodles 🤣🤣🤣

Best bacon and egg burger, with two eggs and lots of crispy bacon.
The Angus burger and chips were also very generous servings and delicious.
Definitely recommend!

Had the most delicious pizza made for me by the lovely staff at the cafe tonight. I'm quite fussy with my food and all of it was not a bother for the staff. Can't wait to go back again next week!

Great service with friendly staff, loved the breakfast but almost packed out

We had lunch at V Wall Hotel on my birthday & i can highly recommend fantastic verandah waterfront location, huge scrumptious meals & OMG value for money. It certainly topped off my birthday!

Yet last 2 visits since wrote this last review the value for money lunches are not available anymore 👎 so we have returned to Nambucca RSL which has amazing views also & extremely good value lunch specials M-F approx $7! Can’t beat that! & if a smoker a great open deck!

Just had the BEST pizza ever, absolute perfection! Friendliest staff and delicious food, couldn't ask for anything more!
