Audi Centre Sydney Service

I used to dread car shopping—pushy sales tactics, hidden costs, and rushed decisions. It was a stressful process that left me skeptical and anxious. But when I experienced Sydney Audi Center everything changed. There was no pressure, instead of a target sales pitch I had a very pleasant casual chat with the sales guy Mike Yang.

Mike was extremely patient and explained features without any bias. No surprises during negotiations either. He broke down costs transparently, addressing all my concerns. When it came to paperwork, I expected the usual confusion, but Mike was thorough. He made sure I understood every document I signed.

Long story short, I bought my TT straight away within 3 hours, He made my car buying experience surprisingly pleasant.

Even after buying my TT (more than a year now), Mike still has been super responsive, promptly addressing all my questions! The Audi system even remembers my birthday and throws in free car washes, not to mention the awesome annual servicing they provide. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about—I must admit, German Cars are a guarantee of quality.

Amazing service! Really professional staff! I dealt with Arzan, who really looked after me & keep me up to date with the progress of the service etc! They gave my Audi back fully detailed!! I have been attending the Audi service centre Sydney for some time now &, some may say ‘too long’. Irrespective, I have to commend Gabrielle, Anthony, Arzan, Tony et al for the impeccable service and attention to detail, thank you!

Had a flat tyre and came to the closest centre that could assist with the vehicle. At 5 pm in the evening when all technicians have left there was not much options left. However Ibrahim went out of his way to come and assist me with the vehicle. God sent on a day when some things didn't go right. Appreciate your help and assistance Ibrahim and Sydney city Audi.

The team at Audi Zetland Service Centre are amazing. Has my car in for a replacement under warranty and the process was efficient and pleasant. Arzan is always a delight to meet and he helps me with all the information I need to prepare for my car to be there and how long it’ll take.

I've spoken with various mechanics, all of whom have great attitude and product knowledge. My account manager is Arzan, who is exceptional to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble for him, he really knows his product, always explains clearly, offers knowledgeable options where possible, and delivers what he promises. Audi are lucky to have him. Definitely the best account manager you could hope for.

I've used AC Sydney Service for 6+ years and always found Anthony Giannone prompt, straightforward and genuine to work with. I find huge time savings in working via email and using their pickup / drop off valet too. I once tried another Audi service centre but was alarmed when my car came back with problems (seat trim wasn't fitted properly and fell off!) and since then I've only used AC Sydney Service even when I didn't live nearby. I find them very reliable, they know their stuff, and being able to trust their work matters a lot to me.

I have always been comfortable and I appreciate their professional and attentive support to maintain my cars.
The service team are diligent, experienced and knowledgeable with my cars, and non-Audi cars that some of my friends have had serviced with them.

I live in Canberra and I get my car serviced at Audi Centre Sydney for almost 5 years only because of the great customer service given to me by Arzan Irani which is so rare. Previously I did my service at Audi Centre Canberra, but at that time there was lot of on going issues with my car without rectified or diagnosed and not sort it out. But since I was doing service at Audi Centre Sydney, all the problems were properly assessed, and diagnosed and all problems were fixed. Even though my car is nearly 7 years old, still looks and performs like brand new due to the service I'm getting from Audi Centre Sydney. Arzan is a very professional service advisor. He has looked after me really well. There's no doubt if you are servicing your car in Audi Centre Sydney, you will get the optimum level of care for your vehicle. Whenever anything on the SQ5 needs attention, Anthony Giannone’s effort & care in resolving any issues is outstanding. The experience is the benchmark in Customer Service.
