This company is ruining my street in Coogee with a hideous boarding house over development. Really disappointing, particularly from a business based in the suburb. The owner wouldn't want it next to his house but is happy for us to suffer. All the hard work, sweat and tears we have put into our homes means nothing against this company and its profits. Very unethical and wrong.

Update: This developer has now taken the DA to the Land and Environment Court (for a second time) trying to push it through against Council and community opposition! What people don't realise is that Council has to pay tens of thousands (if not hundreds of thousands) of ratepayer dollars to defend itself in Court (the developer doesn't pay Council's costs). This means ratepayers are essentially paying for our own persecution.

Steer clear of this company. Numerous problems encountered and quality of the work was very sub standard overall.
