We had a really good experience with Clyde. We had been to many watch dealers that day and this was definitely the best experience. Clyde was professional and polite, answering many questions we had. He was particularly patient with us as my dad tried on many watches to find the right one. After negotiating hard, we were able to find the perfect 60th gift. Looking forward to work with him again in the future.

I saw Thao last week and then again Monday to complete my Formula 1 styled watch purchase. At all times Thao was personable, attentive and always had a smile on her face. A pleasure to deal with. I have a tag that was faulty as soon as we went overseas on the plane with the pressure in the cabin.
I had taken my Aquarecer that I had purchased juts over a year ago from another retail outlet and was provided with full service and correction of issues instantly.
The service was great and feels like a brand new watch again.
The manager of the outlet, Thao, was exceptional throughout, keeping me updated and was. constantly on the front foot with how the service and repair was going.
Easy done and great service.

I went into store without much knowledge about what I was after and was pleasantly greet by Thao. Her service and knowledge about the different collections was outstanding and I immediately felt comfortable trusting her advice. Walked into the Boutique, and were assisted by Stuart Clowes. Never felt so welcome at any store which were so busy. The assistance he provided were terrific, and he was extremely knowledgeable about all the watches, taking into account the style and budget. The watch I purchased was amazing, and he threw in a gift. A week after the purchase, he followed up with a phone call ensuring I was still happy with my purchase.
