Joey's Nest

Jo, from Joeys Nest did our flowers for our Wedding in September this year. From when I first meet Jo I knew she was the one to do our flowers. Jo is very easy to communicate with, friendly, great personality and very professional in her work. Both Les and I absolutely loved the flowers on our wedding day, we had so many positive comments from our guests. We definitely highly recommend Joeys Nest for any floral arrangements. Well done Jo. Jo is such a treasure! She did the most incredible job of flowers for our wedding. We were blown away. Would highly highly recommend her. I bought some beautiful flowers from Jo at her market stall that lasted for ages and she had created an amazing bouquet. She certainly knows her trade and is happy to educate people on native flowers. I would not hesitate to contact her if I were having a wedding or party to decorate with her flowers and displays.

I DO NOT recommend this business to anyone who wants a reliable person. Out of no where she cancelled on us (5 months out). Saying that we were disrespectful and unrealistic with our demands, the demands she stated she was more than happy to do for us. My fiancé, our family and I were really shocked by her sudden outburst that I attempted to call her to resolve whatever was going on but she was less than willing to talk. She told me to "suck it up and find another florist," which to me is horrible customer service. She cannot commit, She did not even have the audacity to call us up and discuss what was wrong like an adult, she just dismissed us like we were nothing. We treated her with so much respect. Made the hour long trip twice to come and see her and it's upsetting to receive such unspeakable service from someone who supposedly will go "above and beyond" for your wedding. I don't recommend this business at all, she might know her flowers but she doesn't know how to communicate. I am so upset and disheartened with her. She promised so much yet delivered so little. I would never recommend her to anyone.
