My Hot water system packed it in. Called on Sunday, discussed problem and options. They were there on Monday. Friendly service.
There were a couple dripping points. However they happily came back the next day and fixed. Back to warm showers🙂

Fast and reliable service, totally recommend. We had a leak in our water jacket inside our heater, phoned and plumber was here in half hour and fixed the leak 😊

We have employed Countrywide plumbing services for numerous jobs at our property over the last 2 years - install of water tanks, pumps, gas hot water, kitchen renovation and extensive external plumbing and drainage for our house extension through Council.
Countrywide has completed all of the above in a professional and timely manner to a great standard.

The guys are very prompt, very friendly, and we've been using them for more than a decade.

Called the plumber to fix a wonky kitchen mixer and regrout the shower bay. Both jobs weren't done properly, so called them back. Mixer was supposedly redone but 6 weeks later it was worse than ever. Had to pay another company to rectify the issue. Shower bay issue never resolved as the plumber said he'd get back to me to fix it and never did. Out of pocket hundreds of dollars. Extremely dissatisfied.
