Oroton Westfield Pitt St

Oroton are a terrific brand and I hope they continue in the local market.
Their products are beautiful and well priced and the staff offer exceptional service.
Yesterday at store in Westfield Sydney the staff were excellent. So good we returned after further shopping to purchase some more.

Cute items super affordable price. This brand is liked by many of my friends, so I always got them gifts here. Service is good, nothing to complain.

This store does monogram services, which is pretty cool. Haven't purchased from this store but had an item from the Pitt St mall Oroton store, get sent over to be monogrammed.

Sorry, but I really have to give 1 star for Oroton QVB store. Worst customer service ever. I really mean it EVER. I was in the middle of a conversation with one of the staff while holding a purse bag i intended to purchase. When i was about to purchase the bag, another staff came over snatched the bag off my hand and said "sorry sold out".. ????? Seriously Oroton? Come on bring up your customer service level!

The staff was racist. Judging people by appearance. My bf went in the store to looking some birthday gift after kitchen job.
None of the staffs wanna great him. Instead they just busy nothing with their own ipad. apparently there is no others single cust in the store except my boyfriend. Very disappointed
Won't be spend any money on this store anymore. They not deserved even a star 👎🏻!!!

OROTON SHOP DFO Sydney, Australia - VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 22 Aug 2015

The staff are so disorganised and do not know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE! The counter did not remove the security tags properly. So, customers look like they are stealing what they bought from the shop. Almost everyone's paid items reacted to the alarm as they leave the shop. My daughter was carrying the bag and she was stopped 2x which made her embarrassed from the public. One of the staff standing at the entrance this afternoon then, suddenly got upset with me for no reason and was very rude. When I approached to clarify the matter - I have even been treated as an aggressor and not even a single apology from their inefficiency - if this is how CUSTOMER SERVICE is... might as well buy online or somewhere else.

I was at the store today and completely ignored by a SA. Would not spend a dollar at such a judgemental store
