Cedar Grove Camping Area

Nice spot, enough space between sites, flushing toilets(Yes!). Roaming goannas was pretty cool but between them and bush turkeys you have to make sure any food is secured.
Great family camp ground. Swimming, bush walking, Amamoor and Kadanga short drive away for replenishing supplies.
Bring plenty of water.

My favourite get away place, green grass, fresh water and bird songs you wake up to are awesome.
Except the odd rude noisy teens with steeps going. But you can report them now for fines!

Great place to stop in for a camping stay or day of relaxation.. (as long as no one has there stereo blasting...

Great place for a short or long stop. Gets lots of use you can tell from the little bits of litter that people think wont matter. But build up. Three nice walks to do, showing dry bush and palmy rain forest. The 5km trail is very steep but rewarding! Lots of toilets at the camp and lots of bird life 30 mins to Gympie.

Great place to camp with the family. Toilets are clean. The rangers are very friendly & knowledgeable about the area. The creek is really refreshing. The walks are great.
But ssshhh... don't tell everyone 😉

Love this place. $6:85 each as we were there with our family. You have to prebook. The ranger does come around and will kick you out if you haven’t precooked and paid.
There are lots of walks and a river running by. A lovely place to relax.

Was pleasantly surprised about this place! Great place for camping with groups and families.

Lots of shaded areas and the water hole is great to swim in or have a float around in.

Will definitely be coming back again soon.

Camping permit required. Flushable Toilets. Taps for water (pumped from creek) A lot of Fire Pits. Loads of shade. Been here a few times and never dissappoints. Beautiful place. Come check it out. One bad thing, gets really busy even on weekends Thursday to Sunday. Some come early get a good spot !

Great camp area clean toilets and a good swimming hole. With a couple of walks as well.

The most restful camp l have been to in a while. The walks are good and the long one is strenuous and is grade 4. We went during the week and heard weekends are busy.

Great place. You have enough space with shadow, clean toilets and a beautiful creek. Around 4 km it is a store with plenty staff if you forget something
