The lady who works there has absolutely no idea about customer service or ID checking. Two men buying a french bottle of wine at 7pm on a Tuesday night are asked for ID? My partner 28 (covered in tattoos) and myself 34. Honestly, she’s on a power trip and needs to be reigned in. I shop at WW 2-3 times per week and now I won’t bother popping into BWS anymore.

As previous review stated probably shouldn't have the lady working there that can't determine people's ages. Myself mid 30s with two young kids a balding head and giant beard needed ID to prove my age? Was polite enough but just stunned and confused me when she asked for ID. Not a rude exchange just confusing and a waste of time. Will avoid this BWS in the future to save 5 to 10 minutes.

Lady who work there does not know the rule and wested my and my wife's time. She first refused to serve my wife bu saying you are looking under 25 years old and then she refused to serve me. Really poor customer service. I have video and will share it on Facebook.
Really disappointed.
