I contacted dayzee chain to deliver a birthday
arrangement today .The service was very professional they were delivered as instructed and the flowers were beautifully arranged highly recommend their services .

How very disappointing not only for us, but the 80 year old recipient of the birthday flowers. I requested the flowers be left at the back door if no-one was home. It was apparently raining at the time of delivery, and as the flowers were in a cardboard box, they were left in the garage.That's very thoughtful, but no-one left a note advising the recipient where they were. The 80 year old has no car and doesn't use the garage! Luckily we rang from NSW and were able to eventually direct her where to find them.
Very poor service.
