Live music on the first Thursday of every month, decent acoustics, cheap entry and cheap craft beers on tap. Very down to Earth crew running the night and friendly crowd. Haven't been to the shop during daylight hours, but there was lots of cool stuff.

Great vintage shop run by the welcoming Josh, which at night morphs into the best live music venue in Adelaide. Get along on the first Thursday of the month and see the who's who of the Adelaide music scene do there thing, while supping Doug's fine fresh ale.

Very very cool venue, age demographic appears to 18 plus right up to and beyond elderly (like me). The decor and customer service are old school class. The music/bands playing tonight are world class. I am of the view that this venue will become an Adelaide Icon soon. Cheers Daryl.

What a great guy! We took our Toshiba turntable in for Josh to check out, expecting that it needed a new needle and some major adjustments. Turns out he fixed it really quickly and said it didn't need a new needle just yet. He could have just replaced it to make a few bucks & we wouldn't have been any the wiser. Great to have someone with the skills & knowledge (not to mention honesty) in Adelaide. He has some cool retro stuff in there too.

Great selection of second hand/vintage stereo equipment. I bought a Sony amp and Jenson bookshelf speakers. Super friendly and realistic prices. Highly recommend.

He wouldn't let me spend - $2, 000.00 the first time I set foot in the shop, must have seen me as a total freak, or something? - do you reckon he'd tell anyone else to leave if they wanted to spend that much? - he must have a big hang up about rich people buying things from him, you would think it would be the other way around hey? + offering him brand new 80s cassette Walkmans for free, I truly don't know what his hung up about + he looks stoned all the time 😛

Fantastic service, Josh is more than willing to help and is really engaged in what he does. Very knowledgeable, and the shop has a great range of hi-fi equipment. Highly recommend.
