Country Roads Motor Inn Goondiwindi

We like to stay at Country Roads. The rooms are nice, the beds comfortable and it's quiet, despite being near the highway. The laundry is free for travellers like us.

Great staff, great food, hearty servings. Had a disability room which was well thought out and spacious. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for a week with my crew whilst we were working in the area.
We have worked all over QLD and this is by far the nicest rooms and best service we have ever had.
Rooms were clean and very neat and modern, comfy bed.
Food is great and convenient walking across the car park to get dinner.
Owners very accomodating with parking our Equipment.

Stayed 1 night, room was spacious, clean and had all facilities that you needed. Bathroom was extra large and clean. They provided all toiletries as well. Had dinner at their restaurant. Great selection and food was delicious. Jeff with a J was a wonderful host and Mick his friend the driving instructor was a wonderful waiter. Highly recommend. I am very fussy, but could not fault this place.

Our first stay was last night. Unit 4. WOW! We have stayed in lots of Motels, but this was the best. Clean 👍 Spacious 👍 Extremely well appointed 👍. The attention to detail in the unit was exceptional. We dined at their Restaurant, Kayla's Kitchen. Excellent selection to choose from.
Opted for Bangers and Mash, and Home made Chicken Schnitzel. Huge serves, hot and yummy.
Thank you for your hospitality. We highly recommend this Motel. We will be back.

would not stay anywhere earls room are clean and a good size with great shower pressure just what you need after a days work. The food in there restaurant is excellent thanks moo for keeping us feed. Would recommend this place to any one travelling or working in the area

This motel is in good spot on highway, with undercover parking,quiet and friendly

Rooms were very comfortable, shower was lovely and warm. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Brilliant spot, conveniently located next to a Maccas but also has great room service, my wife had a steak dianne done medium rare with mash and veg and it was an enormous serving, fresh and bloody good! I had the fisherman basket, bloody tasty too! Bit of road noise in the early evening with trucks braking but settled down at a reasonable hour and didn't really bother us sleeping overnight at all - great spot, booked again stay next week

Rooms were comfortable staff were friendly.
Close to servo and maccas. What more do you need with a late arrival.

Stayed for one night as we were passing through. The food was absolutely incredible. The service was amazing. Rooms were very clean and big. Definitely will be staying again.

The Country Roads Motor Inn was amazing to stay at. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and toasty ac. The service was lovely and had and overall great time. You can tell there is effort put into every aspect of your stay. The amenities and facilities were neat and tidy. There was also soap dispensers that come with anything you could possibly need. It shows that the people running this motel really care about their customers. The local maccas a hop, skip and a jump really made breakfast seem less and easy. Overall I loved the stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Stayed for 11 days over Christmas period. Jeff treated us wonderfully. Lots of time for our teens in the pool. We had the interconnecting rooms. Great facilities, clean, comfy beds and hot showers. Highly recommended. We will definately stay again.

I have been travelling a lot for work and have had the good fortune to stay 4 times at this great property in Goondiwindi which is well run and maintained by the owners. Their friendly and hospitable nature makes being away from home that much easier. The rooms are immaculate with daily cleans, fresh towels and mid week sheet changes. And the beds are so comfortable ensuring great sleeps. There are lovely white shutters which enhance the ambience of the room.
There is a coffee pod machine and pods together with microwave, kettle and toaster, salt and pepper (a must!) and tea, coffee and sugar supplies generously provided. The owner has also made a 4 burner cooking area available to everyone in the laundry area together with pans and utensils - great for being self sufficient. But the culinary skills of Makayla should not be missed in their restaurant 🍽 . The bar for drinks is good too.
Free use of their washing machines and dryers plus washing powders is another amazing facility. Did I mention the rooms also have insect spray, tissues and disinfectant/toilet spray provided plus soaps, shaving foam, shampoo and conditioner. Tick, tick, tick.
Obviously I hope to stay at my 'home away from home' again in the near future.

The first time I stayed here, I was traveling in convoy with my brother and his wife. We had been traveling for quite a few hours and definitely needed a decent place to stay and have a well earned sleep. Without a doubt, this establishment goes far and beyond what is normally expected from motel staff. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was of a very high standard and was what we required. They also guaranteed that our vehicles would be safe. Very pleasant stay. Very clean tidy modern style rooms. Certainly nice and quiet at night.

Easy check in and out, room was nice and clean and well equipped for our two night stay. Room was very warm but we used the reverse cycle aircon as it was winter, then had to turn it off. Was quiet and could only hear neighbors if they were right out front our door.

One of the nicest motels ive ever stayed in and the staff are so friendly.
Room was so lovely and the bed was very comfy.
Omg the shower was so goooooood.
And the food was amazing. Each night it just kept getting better and better.

Fantastic location and facilities. Part of the BP McDonald's. Good size rooms with usual facilities. Undercover parking. Easy ingress and egress. pool , BBQ, washer dryer , lounge/bar , restaurant. Very quiet despite closeness to road.

Fantastic Motel. Best prices. Happy, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are tidy with all bathroom soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, shaving cream and hand lotion supplied. Plenty of room. Comfortable beds.
Wheelchair friendly room available.
Food was amazing.
Will definitely stay again and recommend
