Red Cliff Campground South

Loved Camping here for 2 nights on site 52. Very Spacious, beautiful views, the sound of the waves, easy beach access, fireplace, kangaroos around the site all day long. Will be back.

Incredible location friendly National Park staff and reasonable camping fees. Toilets on-site. In the attached photos you can see the beach from our campsite's backyard. Fortunately, money can't buy this place.

I would rather keep this absolute gem quiet but, these days, we can book a site. Very special place!

Had a really great stay for 3 nights. Arrived in the dark and David, the park manager, helped us a lot with finding and booking a great site. And even the next day helped us fixing our solar panel. Felt really welcomed here, had positive vibe to place and the grounds are just stunning. Really recommend if your thinking of staying here!

Great place, great views beautiful beaches and not that crowded. Drop toilets are there and fresh drinking water is available at the entrance as well.

Beautiful campground, right at the beach. You need to bring your own supplies (water, food) and there are only toilets available, no showers.

Breathtakingly beautiful cliff-side camping with many resident kangaroos for company. Spend some hours wandering the beaches and cliffs and absorb it all.

Great camping but almost no facilities, just toilets. Bring lots of water!

I've been to hundreds of camping grounds on the east coast from top to bottom!!! Red Cliff is 45m drive from my place and I can guarantee it is as good as it gets!! Kayaking, biking, surfing, hiking, diving!!! So many options!!! enjoy the coastal walk to Angourie its a must!! Take the whole day to do it!!! Camp by the lake, enjoy a bonfire and watch the starts all night!!!

Top spot, one of our favourites but busier than normal, for this time of year, with COVID-19 border closures more people in NSW. Not quite as peaceful when crowded.

Its very relaxing , camp ground management were very helpful. Abundance of wildlife surrounding you.

Worth every cent.

Fantastic location with some very nice tent only places, not accessible by camper or trailer. I like that. There are also a lot of camper and trailer places off course. The place has a very nice view, a drink water tap and a good compost toilet that you can flush. The beach and cliffs are very nice. There are fences to protect little children from going over the edge.

Amazing campground - gorgeous, pristine beaches. Make sure you have a lot of water storage, or a car you can drive, as the fresh water is quite far from the campsite (not walkable unless you want to carry 20kg of water for 15 minutes... what is this, CrossFit?)

It's the most magical place in Australia. It's so calm and spacious, people are friendly , but not too many people!!!! All beach yours. Remember to bring your own water and you will love the place 😊

My favourite campgrounf! They have introduced booking sites now and still getting used to booking confirmation, but the rangers are very nice and helpful! Just love this place!

Awesome camp ground right on the beach. Very clean and well taken care of. Managers are great people and full of knowledge and if needed

Beautiful campground with an amazing view and heaps of kangaroos. Good spot for a morning surf as well.
