Brooms Head Holiday Park

The Brooms Head Holiday Park is an absolute gem of a caravan park. It’s roomy, the location right on the beach is spectacular, the amenities might be aging, but they’re clean and in good working order. The staff here are excellent - always friendly and accommodating. This is now my go-to place for my holidays!

Absolute beachfront unpowered sites, water available. Fantastic views, great beach with surf. Nice protected bay with rock pools to explore. Nice clean amenities. Lil Cafe on site called snack shack.

Great caravan park with picturesque views right on the beach. Whales were out n about so another free bonus. The general store sells everything from groceries, Thai frozen meals, (delicious) alcohol you name it they have it. Great customer service & very tasty coffee. Hot food galore as well. Honestly do yourself a favour and visit this wonderful huge caravan park with big sites. The amenities were clean. Highly recommend a visit & stay.

We finally got here after nearly ten years of trying and happy to say it’s definitely worth it. Location and park layout is excellent and on beach frontage.
The amenities are very good, clean and tidy and conveniently located.
A great little quite town that isn’t busy at all out side of school holidays.
The food shack for has the best burgers and awesome staff.
We will definitely be back on fringe summer months so we can swim and fish, as this visit was in the middle of a winter cold snap.
This place will be on our routine from now on.

This is a really lovely space, so we'll totally be back. Lovely clean camp ground, beautiful beach and nearby parks.

The amenities have lovely hot water and the places are very clean every day. Good price for a powered site for 5 nights. Also nice to have a campfire over winter.

What an amazing park! The views are incredible and loved watching the whales breaching. Our caravan site was huge and easily fit our 21ft caravan. What sets this park apart is the most friendly and welcoming staff I have ever experienced. From booking the site to check in and during our stay. Sam and the other lady in the office (can’t remember her name unfortunately) went way beyond what is required to make our stay enjoyable. Will definitely be back.

Amazing experience! This was the perfect little vacation for our family. I cannot fault a single thing about Brooms Head Holiday Park. We stayed in a cabin that was clean, comfortable and had all the necessities covered. We even had space for the porta cot without feeling cramped.

Gorgeous Sunrises, Hours of exploring the Lagoon, Beautiful views from the nature trails, extremely helpful staff and more!

What made me write this review though was the fact that the staff found a stuffed toy after we left and went to the trouble to notify us ASAP. We were able to turn around and save our child from a broken heart at bedtime which is priceless. That is above and beyond in my experience with the hospitality industry.

This camp site has the best view to wake up to and take a walk along the beach every morning.

Brooms head caravan park is great! The family loves coming here every year! The bathrooms are a bit out of date but still works great. They have a playground for the kids. It’s right off on the beach you can take day trips around. Will definitely be back again and again.

What a place right on the beach big caravan sites very friendly staff help you in anyway thay could grocery store just across the road sells alcohol and post office to walk to bowls club lovely Chinese meals there we will be back

One of the best campgrounds I’ve been to lately. Had an unpowered beachfront site. Artificial turf surrounded by real grass means no gravel pits or dusty dirt sites (which is fantastic!) Lots of amenities blocks. Nothing new however everything you need. Hot showers with good water pressure, flushing toilets, laundry and wash up facilities.

Check in people were so helpful and friendly. Felt like they wanted me to stay at the park. My site was only 30mtrs from the shop. Great coffee, fish and chips and home made cakes at reasonable prices. Position is amazing. Clear blue ocean lapping at the sites.

Ocean side spots are sensational, water to each site but no power. Powered sites available but they are not beach front... easy access, mostly level ground sites. Plenty of sun and shade.
Amazing spot to swim inside the tide pool. Good food, coffee, bottle shop just across the road. Nice takeaway shop in the park open early till 3.

Good caravan park is a fabulous spot. The sites were well maintained and provide good options with some sites right next to the water. The facilities were basic but clean and well maintained. The local cafe is close and the bowling club has a nice restaurant.

Such a beautiful place. I could take photos every day all day down there. Snorkelling, swimming was great. I couldn’t go back this year due to bicep injury. As soon as I can though. I will be. Such a nicely run, clean, and relaxing spot. Cafe down the bottom also the n new owners are lovely.
