Seymour Visitor Information Centre

Our family, two people, one dog and one horse, pose special holiday accommodation needs. We wanted to explore the Great Victorian Rail Trail and the Seymour Visitor Information Centre was able to point us to the perfect place, Hickey Vale Farm Lodge. We had the best time basing ourselves at the Lodge and enjoying the Rail Trail at a leisurely pace. The Seymour Visitor Information Centre staff were super helpful, making a real effort to understand our needs and researching options.

As usual, this was the best place to visit on arrival in the region. Excellent cheerful local advice and maps. Thanks again for volunteers

An amazing Visitor info centre, a temp replacement as the usual one was flooded last year. It's under a Huey helicopter and at the start of the Vietnam Veterans Commemorative walk.

Small but very friendly/helpful staff and loads of info.

Set up in the old Seymour Court house, the visitors centre is a quaint space where you can get all the Mitchell shire resources you could need for region.
The visitors centre also houses the local art gallery as well, so while your getting some maps and postcards why not stop by and take a look at some Art while your there.

Nice little park out front to eat your lunch. Reasonably clean toilets.
