Very helpful and friendly staff. That day I have purchased a bed for my dog. I was given a few options. At the end Snooza large size ticked off all the boxes. The return policy was explained in case the bed didn't fit the cage. Maple loves it!

Great place for pets. They stock everything and anything you can think of. Very friendly helpful staff. Me and my dog @billiegirldog highly recommend Seymour Petstock. My doggo love the Brand Billie's Bowl but she could be byis because her name is Billie!

Best customer service. Every single time. I brought my fish tank along with all my fish from this store, by far the cleanest for fish too. They really know their stuff. They are also so nice to my kids, they don't ignore them and involve them when collecting the fish up.

Best reason for me to shop in a retail store is their Customer service, real passion and understanding of your inquiry and knowledge to help, great products, and professional, organised layout. They need a wide range of stock and most importantly availability of what I need, I cannot get this online shopping. Carli, the staff member who helped me with my equine products was brilliant at all of this and more. Excellent rating was worth all this.
