PRP Diagnostic Imaging

Today, a lady name Jessica (Asian appearance) who performed my breast ultrasound was absolutely no short of being an amazing soul. The understanding and compassion from this lady goes far beyond what i was expecting, especially after feeling degraded while being interrogated as of WHY i should receive a free mammogram and not pay. My referral was only for a mammogram but a free ultrasound was recommended and offered to me for free upon the specialists advice. Jessica, if you are reading this, i want you to know that you are such a beautiful being with so much light. Forever i will hold you in my memories and in my heart.

The staff at the reception were all very kind, and the brain MRI was completed in just 15 minutes without the need for contrast injection. I am grateful to have had the examination in a pleasant facility with friendly doctors and staff.

I had to have a CT Angiogram there today and not realising they were going to stick a cannula in my arm and injection dye into me. I git a bit nervous. The nurse who took care of me from beginning to end. (Trisha) was really fantastic and put my mind at at ease, explaining everything that was going to happen. So big thank you to you Trisha. Also the receptionist although quite busy was great also. They are a very busy imaging place so definitely best you ring and make appointment. Thanks again just really nice people. In my industry it's all about customer service. And you guys deserve recognition for what you do and probably have to put up with on a daily basis.

Very friendly and efficient staff. The lovely lady who greeted me amazingly pronounced my surname right, which almost never happens. Nora, who did the ultrasound imaging was super friendly and helpful and put me at ease, even laughing at my corny joke "is it a boy or a girl" Once completed, the same lady at the counter handled my payment, and was again very friendly and explained the charges and rebates fully, before processing the card and very neatly stapling the papers together, explaining the follow-up process thoroughly. I have attended PRP on a number of previous occasions and every time it has been the same consistently excellent service and experience.

I have attended the PRP Diagnostic Imaging a couple of times. It is very well run, with off street parking. The staff are extremely friendly, very caring, kind and efficient. It has never been a problem to make an appointment. We do not have to wait a long length of time and the procedure is explained very well before proceeding.Thank you very much to all the staff.

Very friendly and helpful staffs are here. I felt comfortable during the waiting time. Overall atmosphere was good. The path to parking lot is a little bit narrow.

I had to get a nuclear medicine/colonic study where I had to visit for 5 days straight and Phoebe was lovely and patient throughout. She was happy to explain and answer my questions about the process and was truly gracious about the potential clashes with the schedule on the last day which all worked out in the end. Thank you, Phoebe and PRP!

Holy moly guacamole!!! The team at PRP Eastwood each deserve something nice for Christmas (especially Alissa - hope I spelt her name correctly)

Above and beyond is an understatement!

I have had multiple procedures in the last few months and needed hard copies for the assessment that needs to be done with hard copies only !!

Alissa could have it have done a better job as well as attending to other clients at the same time.
