Im currently enjoying a Simply delicious Laksa at this real delight of a place, close to the station, but not near any crowd. Everyone enters through a ramp, which is a nice change. The atmosphere is relaxing enough to be able to really taste the food. The quantity is generous and I highly recommend this place.

The staff are all so kind and lovely! Food was served quick, and was super flavourful! Also very budget friendly!

Food was delicious here. This place offers Japanese and Malaysian food. We only get to try their Malaysian food this time.

Tried their combo that is available only on Saturday and Sunday and also their Pan mee. Both were tasty. Picked 2 meat and 2 veg for the combo. They had Mackerel curry and Yam Pork as their signature meat dish which I picked. Braised tofu and stir fry bean sprout as veg. I loved the curry leaves in the Mackerel curry, def the star of the meal. Pan Mee had such a tasty broth. It was a satisfying meal all in all.

Also ordered their curry chicken nasi lemak for takeaway. Curry chicken was delicious. Again loving the curry leaves.

Service was welcoming, friendly and happy to explain the menu when asked, which was very much appreciated.

It feels like home every time I’m here. The family running this business always seems very friendly. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over a year and I never get bored eating here. May I recommend the nasi goreng kampung and nasi goreng tomyam for those chasing that Malaysian taste. If you like it spicy you can also choose different levels of spiciness for that extra kick! Also, on weekends they serve nasi campur, which means mixed rice. You can order from the buffet selection of your favourite dishes! The prices are good and affordable as well. I do recommend coming here! If these photos don’t make you drool, I don’t know what does! Thank you uncle, aunty, and family for always feeding me good food!

One of our go to restaurants for Malaysian Hawker food! Great service, and the food has never once disappointed us. Have tried a few other dishes on their menu, but we keep going back for the Chilli Pan Mee! Yum!!

Our 2nd time here for lunch. Boss is friendly and welcoming. Had nasi lemak chicken curry and teriyaki fish Bento plus a teh tarik hot. Food tastes authentic and nice, portion is decent and it's quite value for money. Will definitely come back here again if in the area.

The most authentic Malaysian restaurant! I absolutely love their mix rice on weekends as it reminds me of home. 🥰 Uncle was super friendly and makes you feel welcomed every time. They have the BEST beef rendang, nasi goreng and pork noodle soup!

Love this corner restaurant so much, the food is amazing & owner/staffs are friendly and there are many options to choose from the menu! Weekends are my favourite because of the mixed rice I always get so excited to see what delicious food they have prepared for the weekend :)

My second time here and this is my first time trying the katsu chicken curry. Piping hot food with friendly table service by the boss. The chicken is so crispy that even with the curry, it still crunches in your mouth. Very worth for the price and the taste is surprisingly good. Will come again!

This is seriously a hidden gem. The owners are so lovely and very customer service focused. I will warn you that some meals come out much faster than others, so dont expect to eat at the exact same time, depending on what you order. With that in mind, the Chicken Katsu Curry was so good and so filling. My husband ordered the Mee Siam Beef Rendang, which took a bit longer, but was well worth the wait. The Beef was sooooo tender and the vermicelli was perfectly cooked and not mushy. If I could rate this place higher, I would. Highly recomme d giving it a try!

Oriental delights previously known as Heroiku have moved with a change in menu. Still offering Japanese food but now also Malaysian dishes. We went during lunch and with the limit of customers due to covid restrictions.

This time I tried the dumpling noodle soup which although was good, I still prefer the thin egg noodles. The soup had flavor as well as the dumplings. One thing was that the pastry for the dumplings was not what I'm used to.

Other dishes tried was the kwai teow and the laksa.

We will definitely return to work our way through the menu, new and old 😁

I love this place! I’ve eaten here multiple times during my 2 weeks in Perth. The staff are lovely and made me feel so welcome, the food is amazing and the teh tarik is the best!

Tasty Malaysian/Japanese cafe with welcoming atmosphere. The combo lunch (2 veggie menu + 1 meat with steamed rice) is a good deal with generous serving.

Dry chili pan mee is yummy, and pork noodle soup good for wintery weather. Good to see the place is getting busy even around 2pm. Supporting local businesses

Best char kuay teow and really tender beef rendang nasi lemak with authentic taste and sambal chilli. Pair it with a hot teh tarik which in my opinion is the best in Perth!

Tried the unagi don which was surprisingly good 😊

Very reasonable price and great japanese food! simple ambience. The teriyaki salmon bento was a 9/10. And they do serve tap water 👍🏼 Truly a hidden gem. Highly recommend and a must try!

Tried it for the first time was so good I was back the next day for dinner again! Fresh food and wonderful service you can tell they take pride in their food and service. Katsu chicken curry and Nasi Goreng so so yummy Thankyou

Serving staff were friendly, and they serve tap water here!
Love the simple decoration here, will definitely come back again. What a gem 😋
