Australia Post - Smithfield LPO

New management is absolutely amazing. The customer service is fantastic. I appreciated your patience and the help you gave me while paying my bills. I will definitely be back again. Is hard to find good customer service at a post office from previous experience but the manager at smithfield post office has provided me with excellent service. They made my day.

Excellent Customer Service. Very friendly staff and service under New Management!! I went there for my baby passport photo and they were kind and patient and got the job done in no time. Will visit again.

Have been here a dozen times over the last few years and cannot say I have had a bad experience. Staff have not been rude to myself and I haven't had to wait more than a few minutes to be served. I do wish they were open a little later, but at least they are open Saturday.

Terrible service, got there just before 5pm as I work night shift and couldn't get there earlier and they had closed before 5pm, just drove all that way to get my parcel which I needed today but refused to let me get it when it would take less than a few minutes to do so.

They dont answer their phones.

Abysmal customer service from all workers but the woman in particular. Continuous errors with PO Box, mail redirections and overall arrogance. Had important letters and parcels either lost or returned due to no fault of our own as we couldn’t receive mail in our area. They’ve no patience or desire to be helpful, and we have been met with utter disrespect almost every time we have interacted with them.

Was sending a package abroad, lady in there gave me a card and said I needed to fill in a customs form online. Tried doing this on my phone but wasn't able to fill in all details as didn't know the phone number of recipient and was having trouble working out the weight of each item. Showed the man who works there, he said "come back when you're finished". I explained the problem again but he walked off into the back room. I walked out saying "I won't bother" Disgusted with his rudeness. I won't be using this post office again!
