The Lurline Randwick

I enjoyed the rooms. The building is beautiful but the rooms simple. If you’re looking for ultra plush or luxurious room. Maybe not for you. But if you like nice service, good location and a place to sleep in comfort, then this is a good spot. Having the light rail nearby is helpful if you’re using public transportation.

I enjoyed this place and would stay again. Book direct for better rates too.

We didn’t get a chance to stay but their customer service was so kind and considerate when we had a last minute flight cancellation. They were super accommodating and we’re keen to book again for our next visit to Sydney!

Been here several times, very easy to get to the city or beach from here, the tram being outside the hotel across the road and a bus down the hill to Coogee, plus being in Randwick central gives you 1 minute access to shops and amenities, the hotel itself has been recently renovated and the rooms I have found to be always cleaned properly with good front desk service when checking in, all this combined has had me return at least 4 times now :)

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the convenient location. Laundry and kitchen are the great addition. Highly recommend it!

The location is good. Light rail station just in front of the hotel. Very easy to access local restaurants, chemists, banks, and supermarkets. Close to the beach as well. Very nice Hotel, the room is clean and quiet at night. The bed is very comfortable. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The Hotel building is beautiful. Definitely will stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Very friendly staff. We had to call out twice to retrieve something left in our room after checkout and both times it was handled with fast professional service. So great to see such a beautiful warm smile at 7 in the morning.
Laundry and kitchen available for guest use and it is conveniently located close to shops/restaurants. We will come again! 😊

This is a beautiful place, my daughter and I loved the court yard, late checkin was easy, staff friendly, rooms clean, beds comfortable and location was fantastic with the light rail just a the rd. I'll definitely be back for my next stay in Sydney.

Great location, rooms always clean and comfortable. Staff really friendly and helpful. There is underground parking available and if your lucky enough there is 6 spaces for free unlimited parking directly next to the lurline on side street. Rooms have smart tvs which you can cast to.

Our stay was fine, lovely as can be although this is not a major complaint but just a minor complaint that the fire alarm went off at about 6am in the morning waking us and everyone else up, everyone came outside their rooms, lucky it wasn't raining but the alarm just incessantly just kept on ringing till I assume the Fire Brigade were able to turn it off without having to make a big entrance as we heard a siren close and since there were no fires in the rooms as we all kept checking, we were all wondering where it was set off from??? (Lucky the alarm wasn't being set off at like 3am in the morning or something otherwise there would be a major complaint made, not only by me but from others, I am sure). Other than that, great hygienic stay. ☺

We had a wonderful stay at the Lurline with our two kids. Apart from the great location and top rooms, it's super that they have an extra kitchen and laundry room (for free). Enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Loved this place! The receptionist was very kind to accommodate us an early check-in since we had baby who is a year old, and it was her nap time.
Our room was on the first floor with the view of the light rail which is right opposite to Lurline - Light rail takes you to the city in about 20 mins.
Lurline provides parking for a fee, and paid vouchers to use at the cafe named 22 grams - which is also right opposite to the light rail stop.
Lurline is located at a very convenient location if you want to utilise the public transport. Highly recommend this place!

A beautiful lodge with gorgeous rooms and close to shops in Randwick. A 10 min walk to the Uni if need be ! Plenty of street parking or park underneath on the premises for $25 per 24hrs.

Perfect place to stay in Sydney, excellent transport to the city centre with tram station being just outside the front. Only a 15 minute walk from Coogee beach too.

The service is 5-star. It’s a great spot right in the heart of Randwick with easy access to the light rail that takes you straight into the CBD. Car parking is available (first come first serve policy).
Highly recommended.

Overall very clean, comfortable beds and linen. loved the floor covering, so much more hygienic than carpet. The kitchen area was kept clean and tidy and very convenient. Parking was made so easy at a small price. The court yard was very thoughtful inclusion to be able to sit outside either in the sun or under the umbrellas. Plenty of room and the rooms are quite generous in size

Gorgeous room, excellent location with light rail across the road to take us to the SCG and the footy. Great balcony for a glass of wine to relax as well. Totally recommend and will be back.

Lovely room, beautiful white linen. Every thing we needed. The price was excellent. Very close to all amenities. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Close to Prince of Wales hospital. Public transport within easy reach. Maybe a set of drawers, as we stayed for 10 nights, we don’t like living out of our suitcases! All in all, a great place to stay.

The location is accessible to restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, pharmacies, and most of all, transportation. It is of walking distance to the beaches, university, racetracks, cinemas, etc. The room accomodation is perfect, cozy, very clean and sweet smelling with the necessary room and bathroom amenities. The staff were very courteous and helpful. I have stayed here twice and I'm sure, many more times in the coming months. The only downside was that we got locked out of the lodge and our room one night when we came back at 8:30 pm. For some reason, the swipe card entry malfunctioned. The response time was within 15 minutes.

On Holiday from Ireland highly recommend The Lurline Randwick. Everything was just spot on. L2 just across the road. To get one around . So Folk's if your coming to the Randwick area The Lurline is your place to stay 100%.

We very much enjoyed our stay, considering it was because of a hospital proceedure.
The new decodore is very nice, the chairs a bit uncomfortable, but I believe the addition of cushions would help.
The fridge and kettle area are very difficult to manage as the door opens too close to the bed and there is no ventilation.
The addition of a luggage rack would help also.
Overall though, we really felt very comfortable.,
