Ningaloo Lodge Exmouth

Ningaloo Lodge was the perfect place for our week long stay in Exmouth. Its great location means you have an easy walk to shops and restaurants and it is great value for money. Our room was clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed but the best part of Ningaloo Lodge is the communial areas and its amazing facilities. The owners attention to detail is fantastic and you will be hard pressed to not find everything you need for your adventures in Exmouth. From the simple things like borrowing an esky or beach umbrella, to cooking in the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen, you could not ask for more! The pool area is so inviting and relaxing, there are board games , a great outdoor area where you can meet fellow guests, tour information, a pool table, excellent laundry facilities... the list goes on! The staff are all so friendly and helpful and they keep the place sparkling at all times. If you are looking for a relaxing stay that makes you feel at home then you cant go past Ningaloo Lodge

The room was on the small side but the bed was comfortable and the room had a ceiling fan as well as an air conditioner. The courtyard was beautiful - filled with plants and tables, chairs, etc. it was shaded by coolaroos (shade cloth) too so the area was sheltered from the sun. The pool was small but adequate for a cool dip at the end of the day. I thought the kitchen was exceptional with two full fridges, two stoves, two double sinks, lots of counter space for prep work. It was also well facilitated with every utensil and cooking item you could imagine including an air fryer. The location was great being just a block off the main highway and a block or two from the IGA grocery store.

Great place to stay - value and location are fantastic, the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Comfortable rooms and amazing amenities.

What a friendly relaxed place to stay. Rooms were small but clean and well looked after. Aircon was perhaps too noisy to use at night but the ceiling fan was fine. Communal garden with lots of tables for relaxing outside with a book or eating your meal. Communal kitchen was spotless and everyone was treating it with respect when we were there. Free tea and coffee facilities as the are not any in the rooms. Each room does have a fridge freezer too store your food and there's overflow space in the kitchen. Pool was small but great for cooling off. Hotel is close to the shopping area so very handy for facilities. Would definitely stay there again.

This place was great. Don’t know where to start, older and budget accommodation, the staff are very friendly. The place was very clean and attention to detail was obvious. It is very clear this place is well loved by management and staff. Best kitchen ever. So close to the shops. Our car broke down so we had to stay in town as it couldn’t be fixed until next day. So we were lucky to find this place. The next day our car wouldn’t be ready until the afternoon but check out is 10am - not a problem at all to the staff. We were told to make ourselves at home as long as we need. Lounge/ tv area, kitchen, pool, and games room.
Thank you to all the staff, as this made a stressful time so much easier.

Amazing generous place that looks after their guests. Provides everything you need. Their games room is so much fun and they have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Coffee, milk, tea and all appliances provided.

Will miss this place thanks guys!

This lodge is by far one of the best places I have stayed at in Australia.
I've been travelling my home town Aus for 7 months and it just stands out so much.
Very reasonable pricing/ the cheapest in town I could find and that did not reflect the quality.
The rooms have a spacious toilet, shower and wardrobe. The share kitchen is such an amazing idea!! It was so large, and fully equipped, perfect for anyone or anysize family. The pool area is beautiful, and the out door dining area for residents to use is spacious and green and beautiful.
The staff who checked us in, who I believe is the owner was very friendly and helpful. A true local, very close walking distance to shops and main part of town. Its homey but also feels like we're on a holiday. I would absolutely stay here again and wish we were staying longer. I would also like to comment on a previous review about paper thin walls, I did not find this at all. With the window and door shut I never heard anything outside my room.

The owners make you very welcome on arrival.

The place itself has an oasis between the rooms that is very relaxing and welcoming, it makes you want to spend time there.

The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. Very clean and this makes Guests want to keep it this way.

The rooms are basic but comfy with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Oh and there is an excellent games room

A very unassuming lodge, but incredibly well looks after. Basic room and beds but the service, attention to detail was impeccable. Perfectly cleaned and you can tell there is much love put into the day to day running. The kitchen facilities are one of the best I've seen with everything you need to make a good feed. The staff at reception were amazing, allowing us to drop off our bags as we arrived early and letting us stay an extra couple of hours out in the garden and pool area before we were picked up. A very welcoming place.

A great hide away and cheap compared to other locations in the area. The staff are absolutely lovely and when we popped into a local Cafe one of the ladies from the front desk at the lodge was there, remembered us and said hello 🥰
The kitchen/dining area was so big and kept super clean. The games room was pretty cool too. Great laundry room with clothes line for use was a super big help!

I am so super sorry for giving 4 stars for the rooms I only do this because the aircon was super loud, there were small ants everywhere (no big deal though as we live in Australia and totally get it!) And a cockroach chaced me out of the shower screaming leading to my husband laughing hysterically before coming g to my rescue 😆

My favourite part though was the pool. A bit chilly but perfect for the heat of the sun!
We also met the local emus out the front and saw alot of lizards 🦎

Clean, comfortable rooms in a good location. Well equipped communal kitchen. Friendly staff. Tour operators all do pick ups.

A great place to base all your adventures from, not far from everything

It's a beautiful and clean place to stay :) the lady at the desk was incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. The rooms are clean and fresh, the decor of the place is playful and gives a feeling of a tropical getaway. Especially lovely was the lush outdoor garden/dining area, and the shared kitchen amenities was above and beyond! My fiancé and I will definitely stay here again :)

Love love love this place. So perfectly clean with the cleanest, best equipped, and most beautiful kitchen I've seen. The games room and reading rooms are excellent but, oh, the outdoor and pool area! They are like a fantasy tropical experience. The managers make everyone feel so very welcome and made us feel like family. And then there's the emu and his chicks who drop by to say hi. Awesome.

Perfect place to stay, they've put maximum effort in on the little personal touches. They clean every day, room was simple but well appointed with a lovely bed set. Fridge was a good size as was storage space. 2x power outlets. Little Air-conditioning unit worked in the middle of the summer, and the pool was a luxury to come back to after a day of snorkelling. There's a pool table, dartboard and entertainment room. Pool is in full shade so perfect for sunburn. All the lodge rules were clear and everyone abided by them, staff were friendly and helpful too. 5 stars for a communal lodge. We will definitely stay here again when we come up this way next.

Good, clean rooms with mini fridge and own bathroom. The owner was very friendly and there is a kitchen with everything you could ever need in it. Good games room with darts and boardgames and pool table and pool is fantastic. Great price and allowed us to book last minute. Thanks for having us!!

Fantastic place. The rooms have everything you need, but the wider facilities available for use are even better - fully-stocked kitchen, games room, pool, tourist info. Due to the big kitchen, it's a great place to meet other visitors, and they even have a separate fridge for people to leave things they don't need. Very highly recommend, and would definitely come back here.

Great little rooms with own bathroom, ice cold aircon, fan, cupboards, mini fridge and decent freezer, massive shared kitchen area with fridge/freezers, hot plates, grills, crockery and cooking utensils, tea & coffee, washing machines, games room, bbq, pool in a tranquil setting. Staff are all lovely. Easy walk to town centre, restaurants and info centre. Will definitely be back and recommending to family & friends.

Had a really nice value for money stay here. The rooms are small but fine for a couple, and the kitchen and pool are really pleasant and well maintained (they even have free tea and coffee and all the cooking utensils you'll ever need). Would definitely come back.

Amazing staff, beautiful facilities and comfy rooms. All the perks of camping with gorgeous, well-appointed and AIRCONDITIONED shared facilities for cooking, swimming and hanging out, without the price tag of a hotel! Would 100% recommend and will definitely stay here again!
