Think Miss Jane below is telling us a little riddle. She was extremely rude and she spent no where near that amount, not that the amount matters. Her attitude and manners towards such a young staff member (14) was disgusting and we will always call that out. I spent $350 in here today, I was waiting while been served by a young guy who was learning, and I ask for a bag and even though I spent that much the lady still wanted to charge me on eftpos after I'd already paid 15c for a bag, when I didn't have any cash or coins. She obviously seen I was shocked and said to the young guy just give her a plastic one! She made a rude comment to me about me looking very impatient after waiting 10 minutes just to put a few things in a bag. Rude and u professional especially after I spent that much money. Get some customer service skulls lady!

I saw some souvenirs I wanted to buy and asked the young man at the counter if I could bring my little dog in, holding her. He said ok and next thing I hear him talking to another customer about me and saying I hag ignored ”the sign”. So I checked and yes there was a No Dogs sign on the door amongst several other signs. I apologised to the young man and told him I hadn’t seen the sign and that he should have referred me to it instead of talking about me to other customers. Suffice to say I left and will shop somewhere else.
