What we have here is good old fashioned customer service! Damien knows what he is doing and is always cheerful and ready to suggest solutions. I drive a classic older car and Damien seems to know everyone in the industry to find or adapt hard to get parts to keep this car viable as my daily. Fair prices too. Highly recommended.

I had electrical issues with my caravan and was about to cross to Kangaroo Island so was on a very short timetable. Damien (and his team) not only fitted us in but his service and support in resolving issues with the van and the car was exceptional. There were several things going on which he worked through. I (and my wife) can’t thank him enough

Come to the rescue on a repair to a reverse camera only a few days before Christmas,was more than willing to at least try & help me out.

Seriously the best auto electrical place in SA! If I could rate these guys a 11/5 I honestly would! I wanted luxury leather electrically heated seats (which I had taken out of a luxury model at a wrecker) wired into my Honda Accord Euro base model. I had asked over a dozen other auto electricians if they would take on the job, either I was messed around or they put right refused the job. Took it to these guys and they immediately wanted to give it a go and they did a absolutely spectacular job and at a great price as well! Just a few issues had arisen due to the parts I supplied being from a wrecked car but that is to be expected. Took it back with the extra parts to finish this project off and they were more than happy to do it all for me! Couldn’t be happier with the result and outstanding service from all the guys there.

Just had a few light/indicator issues, got me in soon, very quick, good price and good service! Off this I would highly recommend

They installed a dual battery setup in my FJ. They did an awesome job. They were very patient with me asking numerous questions, they listened to my needs and gave me full confidence in what they would deliver is what I asked for. The job at the end is very tidy and from what I can tell top quality. I will now get them to tidy up work others have done on my vehicle.

Good old fashioned friendly, reliable, trustworthy and fair-priced service...simple as that! When you walk into a neat and organized work-shop you feel comfortable straight away. Have also used them twice now...never go anywhere else!

Absolutely delighted - came in to replace a headlight bulb & left with my lights re-aligned & undiagnosed problem w fan belt tensioner fixed before it caused serious problems. Grateful!

Had a problem with the aircon belt. We didn't book and were on a trip, we had to leave the day after. Those guys did everything to help us, explaining all the possibilities. I don't plan on returning to go through the whole alphabet, but would have absolutely no qualms, as the service and workmanship for the above problems for my Peugeot have been A1 at JW Lawrence. I took my car in to fix a dashboard light and they said they also service cars. So I have been getting them to service my car for the last few years. Being in the heart of the city makes going there really convenient if you work in the city because you can drop your car off in the morning, walk to work, pick it up after work, and drive home.

Have used J W Lawrence twice now and I am very happy to recommend them! Good service and a fantastic job done!
