Pleasant Experience at Duncraig McDonald's :)

I recently visited the McDonald's in Duncraig and was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic service provided by the staff, particularly Molly and Caralea. Molly served us with a smile, demonstrating exceptional friendliness and politeness. Caralea, the cook in the kitchen, deserves a special mention for her skills that undoubtedly contributed to the positive change in this McDonald's since the new owner took over.

The quality of the food remains consistent with the McDonald's brand, offering what you expect from this fast-food giant. While the ambiance is not fancy, the positive changes are noticeable, earning this McDonald's a solid 5-star rating from me.

However, I couldn't help but notice a couple of areas that could use improvement. The eating areas, both inside and outside, could benefit from more frequent cleaning to enhance the overall dining experience. Additionally, it seemed like some staff members might require more training or encouragement to take initiative. Addressing this issue could lead to a more efficient and seamless operation.

One concern worth mentioning is the increasing prices of items on the menu. While McDonald's is known for its consistency, the rising prices for fast food might be a deterrent for some customers. It would be great if the pricing could be reviewed to ensure it remains reasonable for the fast-food market.

In conclusion, my experience at Duncraig McDonald's was positive overall, thanks to the fantastic ladies like Molly and Caralea. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, staff training, and pricing considerations, this McDonald's has the potential to offer an even more enjoyable dining experience in the future.

These two really nice boys that had "cooper" and "vincent" on there name tag took my order even when it was super busy, my food came out quick and was super tasty! 10/10 would recommend! 🤪

Love this store because the staff are very nice, polite and not young kids who don’t care like another food chain.

For McCafe coffee, seems to be the best in most cases compared to other stores when visited in the early morning - depends who makes it of course.

Good food is usually quick and service is good. Sometimes they mess up your order though

Wow. Words cant describe the exceptional customer I experienced while being served by this dedicated, hard working, and friendly employee Jade. I have been blessed and changed by Duncraig Mcdonalds. I came through last night at about 12:30am and jade was so friendly and happy with a big smile on her face considering it was 12:30 on a Saturday night. Her service was excellent and we asked for fresh chips and she did not dissapoint. Those were the best maccas chips I have ever ate and it really did make my night. She was so kind and happy to have a chat and I hope her excellent costumer service is acknowledged. Jade you made my Maccas Duncraig experience one i won’t forget.

In my opinion, this is one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to this week, the employees are very nice people, the drinks are nice, to fries were nice and the food was nice. I recommend this play a lot. The employees we’re very kind to me and we’re very patient. 100% recommend.

Amazing food always and service is flawless, when the mcflurry machine was empty the staff put my food in the heater so itll still be hot

I went in on Sunday and received the wrong order but Ash was very efficient and helpful in fixing my order. You guys should give her a raise !

Always prompt and happy service with hot food.

This McDonald’s is somewhat isolated to the others in the northern coastal corridor making it a good location. The driver thru is a bit unusual going between other shops and it’s entrance is beyond the main car park.

As far as reviewing McDonald’s goes, they’re all very much the same. This one, in my experience has a good record for getting the orders correct and the food being as fresh as one would expect from such a venue.

Reasonable amount of seating. Toilets available, and a playground too.

Taste was good!!!

Friendly staff who were more than happy enough with a query me and my partner had. It was clean and tidy and very comfortable. Also it wasn't to hot just right. We would definitely visit again if we are passing on our travels

We were at Duncraig McDonalds between 3.30-4.00 today. 4th February. Amazing service by Laura & her team. Laura was efficient professional & friendly. They were short staff but her team should be acknowledged for their excellent work

If you go through my contributions you’ll find mostly negative feedback for almost every fast food store I’ve reviewed, not this place though.

Great service, proactive staff, fast delivery speed in store and drive thru, fresh food 99% of the time and very quick and reasonable in their approach to complaints.

great service and very clean restaurant area with friendly staff and clean ordering screens with plenty of staff to take orders even over the counter which is very pleasing to still see customer service at this level in the day of computer aided order taking. was an absolute pleasure to visit and even more delightful to consume a tasty fresh burger with hot fresh fries

Having been greeted by a lovely lady who took my order and gave me a paper to read with my brekky I'll definately be back..Friendly! welcoming! I have never experienced that at a Maccas before..LOVELY..
