Once again the heart of Christmas dinner was provided using high quality ingredients from Chilcotts.

The boys are always ready to share their wealth of knowledge on the cuts they provide as well as the best way to prepare them.

This year with guidance and encouragement (and eye fillet) from Chilcotts we enjoyed the pictured Beef Wellington.
