Babyland

We have worked with Babyland for so many years and they are truly the baby product experts! The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. If you find yourself in Perth and need advise on prams, car seats, and OiOi nappy bags, Babyland is the place to go!

Went into Babyland recently and had an awesome experience on selecting a stroller with the sales lady. She was really knowledgeable and explained all the features of those we were looking at, gave honest advice and pointed us in the direction for car seats as well. As new soon to be parents we were really impressed and came away satisfied.

It was nice to have a helpful person approach us, a very different experience to the other big stores nearby.
Would highly recommend their expertise and support.

The ladies here at amazing!! I seriously could not recommend them enough. They have helped us so much through our whole birth and given so much advice. They also have great displays like car seats out on an actual car seat so you can see how the seats are installed and the difference between them. We will be shopping with these over baby bunting any day of the week!

Highly recommend this shop. I always go to Sharon with my questions, she has always been helpful to me and my little boy. Overall staff are friendly and helpful compared to other baby shops in Perth.

We recently visited Babyland, Osborne Park to look at some prams and figure out what we needed. It is our first child, hence knowing nothing about prams or baby items haha. We were greeted kindly by Helen, a friendly and very helpful customer service person. She was not one bit pushy or over the top.. or trying to hard sell us everything in the shop (which sometimes happens), she was aware we needed some serious guidance, so helped us by going through the entire range to figure out the best option for us. We were overly delighted by this as it helped immensely! My partner and I both came to a mural agreement on what we needed and still we never felt pressured into anything. Which made us look at other items we needed whilst we were in the shop. We ended up purchasing an Upperbaby Vista Pram, Co-sleeper bassinet and Shnuggle baby bath. We needed to get the items posted as we live rurally in the mid west.. nothing was a hassle at all for Helen. She did everything she could to ensure the process ran smoothly and made the experience so much more enjoyable.. especially for those who have no clue!

I received a call the day after we left the store, where Helen advised her husband was coming to do some volunteer work in our town, Kalbarri .. and offered to drop the items off personally! So we did not have to pay freight. We could not believe the kindness we received. This type of service just doesn't seem to happen these days.

We will always use Babyland now if we need any other items.. and will highly recommend to any friends / family who are in the market for baby items / gifts etc.. could not possibly recommend Helen high enough for her exceptional service, kindness, knowledge and experience .. what a woman!

Nothing Helen did went unnoticed and we are so grateful to have stumbled into Babyland, Osborne Park and not another shop.. we could have had a totally different experience and walked out with nothing! Haha.

We had the best sales experience with their staff member Rose. At other baby stores we’ve been ignored, not here! Rose helped us with all different car seats to see what would fit my small car, and she tried different prams in the boot. Overall we spent over an hour here receiving her wonderful care and advice. She wasn’t pushy and really did help us get the best deal. Well worth the visit!

I was so impressed by the staff here. My initial attempt to shop all things baby was elsewhere, I was so overwhelmed and felt like I had no help from the staff-besides a sales attempt and that’s it.
From the second I walked into Babyland, I was kindly greeted and given full attention with a smile and kindness. I spent over an hour with a lovely and extremely helpful lady, who assisted me the whole time. On top of this, everything we wanted was in stock and available (which was definitely not the case elsewhere-we were given a 5 month approximate wait time for basic items) AND!!!! They were on sale too. We made a huge saving.
From here we collected our items from the warehouse and the fantastic service continued. The two gentlemen in the warehouse were super friendly, alert, switched on and very eager to help. They were very considerate of our car and were extremely conscious not to scratch or even scuff the interior while loading. They are definitely a great asset to the store.
My husband and I, felt that our whole experience here, from go to woah was quite pleasant. We will now shop here for what ever we can. Big applause to all the staff at Baby land (especially Maria), It’s been a while since we have experienced such quality customer service and overall experience anywhere.

I had a great experience with Babyland, being my first pregnancy i was abit lost, when i came into the store i had Helen help me out with advise regarding furniture & prams. She was sooo lovley, genuine & friendly. I felt very comfortable and at ease. When i came back to collect the furniture the guys in the warehouse were also very friendly & helpful, loaded everything into my tiny car. Overall a fantastic experience, really nice staff who wanted to help. Thank you for your help in getting ready for baby :)

Me and my wife have travelled from South Yunderup to here multiple times just because the people there are so lovely. Big shout out to Matt who has been nothing but amazing to our family and also Angie and the rest of the girls (sorry I don't know your names) you made the transition of having a baby that little bit easier with your understanding and patience and our little family will be forever grateful.

The staff are fantastic, so knowledgeable and patient. I’d previously shopped at a baby store south of the river but will definitely rely on baby land from now on, much better service!

We were very happy with the service at this store. We went in knowing what we wanted, the staff were very knowledgeable and showed us alternatives, but we bought the pram we had researched. Unfortunately it was faulty, returned a couple of days later, the part was replaced with no issues at all. Extremely satisfied with all transactions.

We were served by Rose and really happy with her knowledge. We went to Babybunting and Babyroad afterwords and Rose definitely knew her stuff the best. Would always come back. Matt finished off the paperwork and also did a great job. Thanks guys, my fav baby store 💓

I recently bought some baby shower gifts from here after having a negative experience at Babyroad. Highly recommend Babyland over Babyroad. 👍 I have also bought a few items from here in the past and every time the staff was so helpful.

We recently purchased furniture from Babyland and once we started assembling it we realized that there was a nut missing from one item which made it impossible to screw together. We spoke to James to let him know what had happened who followed up with another call to say John would come around to the house to see if he could fix the problem. Within half an hour John was at the house and realized he could not fix it so he took the part away with him and we agreed I would pick it up the next day. Within the next half an hour John was back at my door with the part having fixed the issue. The issue was caused by an error on the manufacturers part which Babyland would not have known about at the time of sale. I am so impressed with how the Babyland team went above and beyond to rectify this issue so quickly- a level of service you very rarely see.

The young lady in the baby seats section was very friendly and helpful. She knew exactly what she was talking about and wasn't pushy or unhelpful even when we were just browsing. Will definitely come back here and purchase some items.
