Purple Goat Café

Stunning cafe along the boardwalk with fantastic views, such friendly customer service and the meal portions were worth the money and obviously can’t forget about the quality and taste of the meals. My partner had the T-bone steak which was so tender and juicy with the most amazing mushroom sauce for myself I ordered the garlic prawns which were the best I have tasted! Thanks for such a great dining experience. Will be back

Nice place for a casual sit down meal with friendly table service. Menu has a good range including a kid's menu.
I had the reef & beef which was a good size serve, done medium to my satisfaction. The creamy garlic sauce that the prawns were served in was a delight. Miniature serve of salad on the side. My wife was hankering for a good burger and it looked great - although she found the meat a tad underdone for her taste. She enjoyed her chips dipped in my sauce, thankfully there was sufficient quantity for both of us to enjoy.
The menu is probably just a tad on the expensive side for what you get.
The food and drinks were delivered by robot which was a bit of a gimmick leading to a bit of discussion about "robots taking our kid's jobs". But the human staff were around to make sure we were happy.
During daylight hours the view out on the water probably looks great; at night time the reflection means you can't see outside much at all.
Would like to return later to try some of the other specialties on the menu.

Had breakfast at Purple Goat cafe at Hillary’s boat harbour. Cafe had a lovely interior ambience overlooking the water. Table service was really fast and our breakfast was great. Even their robot waiter was entertaining to watch when the food was delivered to us.

Stunning outlook from this lovely restaurant. Friendly staff who are aided by Turner the Robot. Menu selection is great with something for everyone. Hubbie loved his seafood marinara, I enjoyed barra, chips and salad. Highly recommend.

Lovely atmosphere and very attentive staff. Food was delicious and the portions were generous. Looking forward to returning again.

Used to eat here back when it was Zenos and the food is still top notch. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Loved it! Haven't eaten here for about 20 years, and it was right on point.

We had the barramundi and the calamari. Both super fresh and cooked to perfection! Barra so tasty, and the calamari was not tough and chewy, just right!

Always look forward to going to the Purple Goat. Their cakes and coffees are lovely, especially their vanilla chai lattes. Staff are always really friendly too!

Lovely location overlooking the boats in the marina at Hillarys with lovely food. Had a table right under the chandelier which felt like the best table in the house hahaha. Had Atlantic salmon which was delicious.

Fast friendly service and fair price, a Robot delivered food but doesn't collect the dirty dishes !!

2nd time visiting now (breakfast now dinner) - both occasions were fantastic, food is brilliant, service is brilliant and this place will definitely see us back again. Fantastic place

Absolutely wonderful place to eat, the staff were friendly and perfect with our service. We Absolutely loved the food it was the best steak meal I've had in a long time, and that view ❤ If I could give 10 stars I would! Definitely visit of you're nearby.

Great food, great service, lovely peaceful ambience and an absolutely stunning view of the sunset over the harbour at dinner time. They have a very tasty range of gluten free menu options and at no extra charge😁 Can not praise the owners enough for the efforts they have put into keeping the restaurant clean and sanitized at all times - they've gone above and beyond!
